Please pray for my child

Last month we had a theft attempt at my home. The thieves entered via the backdoor but thankfully we had a motion detector ( https://cspalarms.ca/residential/burglary-protection/ ) installed in our house which sounded the alarm and alerted us. The thieves ran away before we could get hold of them and the cops have filed a case. But this whole incident have had a bad effect on our son. He is 5 years old and was a happy child. But now he is scared to even go out of the house alone. He never leaves my side once it is dark. We took him to a psychiatrist who has prescribed us some medicines. I hope he gets well soon. Please pray for my little one.

Mat God restore peace to your home. Respectfully, I'd be careful with any psych meds for a 5 yr old. The trauma is only 1 month old; it will take time for him to heal.
