We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. First, we want to acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only by believing in Him that we can be saved. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We understand the burden of facing legal challenges and the weight of academic pressure. We stand in the gap, praying that the Lord would intervene in these three illegal customs cases. Father, we ask that You would expose any falsehood, bring truth to light, and cause these cases to be closed permanently according to Your perfect will. We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, as Isaiah 54:17 assures us, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me, says the Lord."
We also lift up the upcoming board exam, asking for clarity of mind, retention of knowledge, and peace that surpasses all understanding. May the Lord grant wisdom and favor as Philippians 4:6-7 encourages, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Lord, we pray that You would strengthen faith in this time of trial. May there be a deep reliance on You, knowing that You are a God who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of Your children. We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement, and we declare that the Lord is a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We also encourage seeking godly counsel and wisdom in all decisions, trusting that the Lord will direct paths as Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."
May the Lord’s will be done in every aspect of this situation, and may His name be glorified through it all. We pray this with hearts full of faith, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
