Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s adult son who is struggling with substance abuse, depression, and thoughts of suicide. Lord, we acknowledge that only You have the power to bring true deliverance and intervention in his life. We ask for Your divine intervention, Lord, to break the chains of addiction and to bring healing and restoration to his mind, body, and spirit.
In Your Word, Lord, You promise that nothing is impossible for You. We hold onto this promise and ask that You would manifest Your power in ###'s son's life. We pray that You would surround him with Your love, grace, and mercy, and that You would bring him to a place of surrender and repentance.
Father, we ask that You would send Your Holy Spirit to convict him of his need for You and to guide him towards the path of recovery and wholeness. We pray for a renewed sense of hope and purpose to fill his heart, replacing the feelings of despair and darkness.
Lord, we also lift up ### during this difficult time. Grant her strength, peace, and wisdom as she supports her son. Surround her with Your comforting presence and give her the words to speak and the actions to take that will lead him closer to You.
We declare Your victory over this situation, Lord, and we trust in Your perfect timing and plan. We thank You in advance for the deliverance and transformation that You will bring in ###'s son's life. May Your name be glorified through this testimony of Your redeeming power.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
