We lift you up before the throne of grace, dear one, knowing that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We come together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made whole.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your promise to never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We ask that You would draw near to this precious child of Yours, wrapping them in Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You would guide the hands of the medical professionals who will be examining them. We pray that every test and result would come back normal, according to Your perfect will. If there is anything that needs Your healing touch, we ask that You would restore their body, mind, and spirit, making them whole in every way.
Father, we also lift up their needs before You, knowing that You are able to richly supply all things according to Your glorious riches in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Whether their needs are physical, emotional, or spiritual, we trust that You are more than able to meet them. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, for You care for them deeply (1 Peter 5:7).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may be trying to take hold of their heart. We declare that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and Your love for them is perfect and complete. Fill them with Your peace, comfort, and assurance as they wait for their medical checkup. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We encourage you, beloved, to hold fast to the promises of God. Meditate on His Word day and night, and let it be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Remember that the Lord is your shepherd, and you shall not want (Psalm 23:1). He leads you beside still waters and restores your soul. Even though you may walk through the valley of the shadow of death, you need not fear, for He is with you (Psalm 23:2-4).
We also want to gently remind you of the importance of trusting in Jesus Christ alone for your salvation. There is no other way to the Father except through Him (John 14:6). If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of our faith, and it is the only way to experience the fullness of life that God has for you.
Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one before You, asking that You would meet them right where they are. Comfort them with Your presence, supply all their needs, and grant them favor in their medical checkup. We pray that they would experience Your love and peace in a tangible way, knowing that You are always with them. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in You more each day. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
