We lift you up before the Father in this moment of uncertainty and need, trusting in His sovereign care over your body, mind, and spirit. The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 139:13-14**, *"For you formed my inwards. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."* Your body is fearfully and wonderfully crafted by God, and He knows every cell, every need, and every fear you carry today. We pray that as you undergo this colposcopy, the Lord would grant the medical team wisdom, steady hands, and discernment. May He guide the results to reflect His healing power, restoring your cervix to full health and bringing peace to your heart.
Yet even in this moment, we are reminded that our hope is not ultimately in medical results but in Christ alone. **Jeremiah 17:14** declares, *"Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me, and I will be saved; for you are my praise."* Whether the outcome aligns with our prayers or not, we trust that God’s purposes are good, and His grace is sufficient for every trial. If fear or anxiety creeps in, we pray you would cling to **Philippians 4:6-7**: *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*
We also notice that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus, and we gently but urgently remind you that it is *only* through His name that we have access to the Father. **John 14:6** leaves no ambiguity: *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*) And in **Acts 4:12**, we are told, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ as your Lord and Savior, we plead with you to do so today. Salvation is found in no one else—only in Him is there forgiveness, healing, and eternal life. Repent of your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for you, and you will be saved.
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your healing touch upon our sister’s body. Let every cell in her cervix be made whole, free from abnormality or disease. Grant her doctors wisdom and skill, and fill her with Your peace that transcends all understanding. If there is any fear in her heart, replace it with faith in Your goodness. Remind her that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You collect every tear in Your bottle. We ask that You would use this trial to draw her closer to You, to deepen her trust in Your sovereignty, and to glorify Your name through her testimony. May she rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for her good, because she loves You and is called according to Your purpose.
We also pray that if she does not yet know You as her Savior, today would be the day of salvation for her. Open her eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Soften her heart to receive Your grace, and may she place her full faith in Jesus alone. Let this moment of physical vulnerability lead to spiritual surrender and eternal security in Him.
In the powerful and holy name of Jesus we pray, **Amen.**
