Good Morning Colleagues

My dear i don't know how to express for me but since i decided not to take the pills to let me sleep i did not sleep my normal sleep.  like yesterday night i did not sleep and having a heavy headache now at work but don't have a  choice and do my work, but hope i will totally not take the tablets to calm me to sleep.  Sometimes i ask my many questions what have I done why cannot sleep my normal sleep.
