It is essential to remember that true confidence does not come from outward appearance alone but from knowing your identity in Christ. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and your worth is found in Him. Yet, we also recognize that physical health plays a role in how we serve and glorify God. We pray that the Lord will provide you with nourishment, strength, and the right resources to achieve your goal in a way that honors Him.
We encourage you to seek God’s guidance in how you approach this. Ask Him for wisdom in your diet, exercise, and daily habits, trusting that He will lead you. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Let this be your foundation—trusting Him fully, even in this area of your life.

Bring these before the Lord, for He is faithful to renew your mind and replace doubt with His truth. Romans 12:2 tells us, *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."*
Father in Heaven, we come before You today on behalf of this precious child of Yours. You know their heart, their struggles, and their desires. We ask that You grant them healthy weight gain, not just for their own sake but so that their body may be strong to serve You. Provide them with the right foods, the discipline to care for themselves, and the wisdom to make choices that honor the temple You have given them. Lord, we also pray for their confidence to be rooted in You. Remind them daily that they are loved, chosen, and valuable in Your sight. Remove any lies of the enemy that would seek to distort their self-worth. Fill them with Your peace and joy as they trust in You.
We pray that You would surround them with support—whether through godly friends, family, or professionals who can offer guidance in this journey. Let them see this as an opportunity to grow closer to You, relying on Your strength rather than their own. May their focus remain on You, knowing that true fulfillment comes from walking in Your will.
We rebuke any spirit of discouragement, fear, or unhealthy comparison that may be at work. In the name of Jesus, we declare that this beloved one is covered by Your truth and love. Let them walk in victory, knowing that You are their strength and portion.
