I pray and am glad for your decision to be baptized. I want you to know that there are many gifts of the spirit, not just that of tongues. I truly believe that God has a special gift for you that you already possess. some gifts are less obvious than others, but not leases important, gifts of forgiveness, love, compassion, etc. a lot of people want the gift of tongues since they feel it is a more divine gift, however in my experience I have been more edified by other gifts than that of tongues. pls be grateful for whatever gift the good Lord had for you, and remember, the gift of tongues means nothing unless there is someone present with the gift of interpretation. May God bless you in your wonderful decision to follow Jesus Christ our blessed Lord. amen.
