Please pray for me regarding my new job

I just got hired for new position with a great bank. However they do an extensive back ground check after hiring. Many years ago before I knew Jesus I was a very different person. I have an arrest record from 1991 which I fully disclosed but I am afraid this will disqualify me for this career position I really need now to pay bills and support my family. My name is Ivan Gonzalez. from Miami, Fl. Please pray that God's favor will be on me in this situation.
