Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me! My name is Clarence and I pray that you read this end because I personally have fallen on hard times. In September of last year I was released from my job at the Bank of America. I had been with them for five years. Since then I have been receiving unemployment and trying to find work.
Actually let me back up a bit, last year in at the end of April 2014 I was rushed to the hospital for a pulmonary embolism and almost died. The doctor said I had some blood-clots in my legs and they broke off and flowed into my lungs that put stress on my heart (probably from sitting at a computer desk all day and not having much physical activity). Before the surgery the doctor told me I had a 1 in 4 chance of survival. I thank God everyday for saving me. After my near death experience I really focused on how short life is and how I wasn't doing what I wanted to do.
After being in the hospital, my work performance dwindled. Eventually I was released from my job for performance and I have been living off of my savings and unemployment. At the beginning of January my unemployment benefits ran out also my savings are depleted because I haven’t found a job yet. I’m behind on my rent and most of my bills. I've pawned my personal possessions and even sold my bodily fluids for extra cash. I am a very proud person and it is very hard for me to ask for a hand out. I'm not homeless yet, but without money coming in, I will be by the middle of February. So if you see it in your heart to pray for me.
