Please pray for me. I'm dealing with low blood pressure and my family is worried about me. I can't afford to go to the doctor, as I anticipate they would have to do expensive tests to figure out the cause. Please pray that I will be able to raise it naturally, and that I will not have anything bad happen to me in the meantime. Thanks a lot. Also, my brother had his fingernail removed a couple of months ago and, although it's started healing, he hurt it yesterday. Now it looks kind of swollen on the end and reddish underneath the skin. He said it was kind of throbbing earlier. Please pray for healing for him as well. Thanks, and may God bless you all.

I think I actually eat TOO well...if that's possible! My mother had a heart attack two years ago and I had to start doing all the cooking. She had to restrict her sodium intake, and I decided to do the same to show my support and make it a little easier for her. I think that's part of my problem. I stopped salting everything, and now I'm used to the taste without salt. I've tried to add a little to my food lately, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Earlier I took my blood pressure about an hour after a VERY large dinner (in which I purposely used the steak sauce with the most sodium in it) and my blood pressure was only 87/66. That's very low. It's usually in the low 100's to high 90's, and it doesn't usually bother me, but earlier today I wasn't feeling so great...just kind of tired and a little weak. That's when I first checked it and noticed that it was low. To make things even worse, my pulse rate is always pretty high. I was diagnosed with tachycardia when I was younger, when my heart rate was above 100 at resting. I had a stress test done and it actually reached 200 beats per minute! It's calmed down quite a bit over the years, but for some reason this morning it was 98. My mom said it's not good for my heart to be pumping so hard and my blood pressure to be so low, and I'm sure it's not. I just pray that God will help me get everything under control.
