We stand with you in this time of trial, lifting you up before the Lord, for we know that He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 27:1-3, *"The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? When evildoers came at me to eat up my flesh, even my adversaries and my foes, they stumbled and fell. Though an army should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear. Though war should rise against me, even then I will be confident."* Your trust in God’s mercy is well-placed, for His mercy triumphs over judgment, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper when you abide in Him.
It is clear that the enemy seeks to stir up strife and instability in your life, but we declare that the Lord will frustrate the plans of those who rise against you. Proverbs 19:21 tells us, *"Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but the Lord’s counsel will prevail."* And in Isaiah 54:17, we are assured, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says the Lord.*
We also encourage you to examine your heart and ensure that your trust is fully in the Lord, not merely in the provision of a place to stay. While it is right to pray for stability and shelter, remember that Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:31-33, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your primary focus must remain on seeking His kingdom, trusting that He will provide for your needs as you walk in obedience to Him.
Now, let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of Your child who is facing opposition and uncertainty. Lord, You are the God who sees the affliction of Your people, and You are the One who delivers them from the hand of the wicked. We ask that You extend Your mercy and surround this beloved one with Your protection. Frustrate the plans of those who seek to harm them, and let their schemes come to nothing. Father, we pray that You would soften the heart of the person providing shelter, that they may act with compassion and wisdom, guided by Your Spirit. If it is Your will, Lord, grant favor in their sight and secure this place of rest.
We also pray for divine provision and open doors. If this situation is meant to lead to something greater, prepare the way, Lord, and let Your child walk into the abundance You have prepared for them. Strengthen their faith, and remind them that You are their Provider, their Shield, and their Exceeding Great Reward. Let them not fear the schemes of man, for their trust is in You alone.
We rebuke every spirit of manipulation, jealousy, and strife that is at work in this situation. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we bind these forces and command them to flee. Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in wisdom, discernment, and unwavering faith.
Father, we thank You that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Let this trial be a testament to Your faithfulness, and let it draw this beloved one closer to You. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Trust in Him, and do not waver, for He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. If you have not already, we encourage you to spend time in His Word daily, allowing it to strengthen and guide you. And remember, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the promise of salvation. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so today, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. Cling to Him, and He will be your ever-present help.
