Please pray for me. A little over a month ...

Please pray for me. A little over a month ago I underwent shoulder surgery and up until the other day felt as if I was recovering nicely. Unfortunately I think I overdid it yesterday while working in the kitchen. It's very uncomfortable with noticeable periods of pain. I don't want to start back on the pain killers again. I might have too though since it's causing me to display my grumpy side. I ask this in Jesus Name. Amen.
