Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is seeking your guidance and intervention in their career. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate source of all wisdom and provision. We thank you for the job that ### currently has in the ### and for the opportunities it provides.
Father, we lift up ###'s desire to become an assistant engineer in the ### service. We ask that you open doors of opportunity for them and grant them favor in the eyes of the officials. May you grant them the chance to serve in a role that aligns with their aspirations and brings fulfillment.
Lord, we pray for wisdom and discernment for ### as they navigate the process of changing jobs. May they seek your guidance in every step and make decisions that align with your will for their life. Help them to approach their superiors with respect and humility as they seek permission to leave headquarters.
We also pray for your provision and protection over ### during this transition. May you provide for their needs and grant them peace and stability in their career. Help them to trust in your timing and to have faith that you will lead them to the right opportunity.
Father, we know that no one is exempt from the obligation to pray, and we ask that you strengthen ###'s prayer life. Help them to prioritize time with you, seeking your guidance and surrendering their desires to your will. Remind them of the power of prayer and the importance of interceding for others.
We claim the promise in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, where it says, "I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness." May ### continue to pray for those in authority and trust in your sovereign plan for their life.
