Please pray for Helen and Debbie who have severe pain in their backs. Please pray for whatever is causing the pain. Please pray that Helen can walk without pain and that she doesn't have to keep stopping to sit every few feet so the pain calms a little so she can carry on. Please pray they can sleep without waking in pain every few hours. God bless your ministry and everyone who is involved in it. May everyone have a happy and peaceful Christmas and New Year
