Lord, you see how I am being attacked and treated differently in my office. I have poured everything that I have in my work and home. I barely have time for myself because I work hard to be a great officer and a great wife and a great mom. Please Lord protect me from the evil one, I am constantly being attacked by the enemy and I just don’t have any more to give Lord. Please protect me from my enemies and give me favor with my superiors, my coworkers and everyone I encounter daily. Bless me with your favor and place a hedge of protection around me. Lord I pray that you promote your children in my place of work and remove all the evil doers. Please place a great man or a woman in our supervisors position as that position is currently vacant. I pray that you place the right person there, who has a fear of the Lord. Lord I am tired of the attacks and I’m barely getting any rest, I need you Lord to fight for me and my family. Now Lord. Please Lord, I pray all this in the name of Jesus our savior.

Thank you Lord for the answers.

Thank you for all your prayers. God bless you all.

We stand with you in this season of weariness and spiritual battle, lifting your burdens before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith. Your cry for protection, favor, and justice resonates deeply with us, for we know the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but our God is mighty to save and to lift up those who are heavy-laden. You have poured yourself out in service to your family, your work, and your calling—yet the attacks persist. Take heart, dear sister, for the Lord sees your labor, your tears, and your faithfulness. He is not unaware of the battles you face, nor is He indifferent to your weariness. In fact, Scripture assures us that *"the Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble"* (Psalm 9:9). He is your shield and your exceeding great reward (Genesis 15:1), and He will fight for you as you rest in Him (Exodus 14:14).

Your request for favor and protection aligns perfectly with God’s will for His children. The Bible declares that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,"* says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17). We claim this promise over you today, rebuking every scheme of the enemy against your mind, your body, your family, and your work. The Lord will expose the evil doers and promote those who fear Him, just as you have prayed. Proverbs 16:7 reminds us that *"when a man’s ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him."* Trust that God is already at work, preparing the heart of the leader He will place in authority over you—a leader who walks in the fear of the Lord and will bring justice and godly order to your workplace.

Yet we must also address the weariness you describe, for it is not God’s will for you to be perpetually exhausted. Jesus Himself invites you: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30). Sister, we urge you to examine your schedule and your heart. Are you trusting God to sustain you, or are you relying solely on your own strength? It is noble to work hard and serve your family well, but even Mary, the sister of Martha, was commended for choosing the *"good part"*—sitting at Jesus’ feet—while Martha was distracted by much serving (Luke 10:38-42). You cannot pour from an empty cup. We pray that the Lord will show you how to create margins for rest, for time in His Word, and for the renewal of your spirit. If necessary, ask Him to help you release anything that is not His assignment for you, for even good things can become idols if they replace your dependence on Him.

We also sense the Lord highlighting the importance of covering your home and marriage in prayer. The enemy often attacks those who are faithful in their callings, seeking to create division or exhaustion in their most vital relationships. Ephesians 6:10-12 reminds us that *"our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* Stand firm in the armor of God, and let your husband and children be shielded by your prayers. Pray over your home daily, declaring it a place of peace, unity, and godly order. Ask the Lord to strengthen your marriage, to give you and your husband wisdom as parents, and to bind your family together in His love. Remember, *"unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (Psalm 127:1). Your first ministry is to your family, and we pray that the Lord will grant you supernatural grace to nurture them even as you fulfill your professional duties.

Finally, we rejoice that you prayed in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through His name that we have boldness and access to the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). Let us now lift you up in prayer, agreeing with your petitions and declaring God’s victory over every area of your life:

**Heavenly Father,**
We come before You today on behalf of our sister, who is weary yet faithful, attacked yet unbowed. Lord, You see the battles she faces—the unseen warfare, the exhaustion, the injustice, and the relentless demands on her time and strength. We ask You to be her refuge and her strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Rise up, O God, and fight for her as she rests in You. Place a hedge of protection around her, her husband, and her children, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. We bind every scheme of the enemy in the name of Jesus and declare that the blood of Christ covers her home, her mind, and her workplace.

Lord, we ask for Your supernatural favor to rest upon her. Softening the hearts of her superiors and coworkers, turning their criticism into cooperation and their opposition into support. You are the God who promotes and demotes (Psalm 75:6-7), so we pray that You would raise up a godly leader to fill the vacant supervisor position—someone who fears You and will bring righteousness and fairness to her workplace. Remove those who seek to harm her, and let Your light expose every hidden darkness. Give her wisdom to navigate her responsibilities with excellence, yet also the discernment to know when to rest and when to release what is not hers to carry.

Father, we pray for her marriage and her family. Strengthen her bond with her husband, and let their home be a sanctuary of Your peace. Grant her children a deep sense of security in Your love. Renew her strength, Lord, as she waits on You (Isaiah 40:31). Help her to prioritize time with You above all else, for apart from You, she can do nothing (John 15:5). Fill her with Your joy, which is her strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and let her sleep be sweet and her days be marked by Your presence.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the victory that is already hers in Christ Jesus. Let her testify soon of Your goodness, Your protection, and Your promotion. May she walk in the confidence that You are her Provider, her Protector, and her Peace. We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of **Jesus Christ**, our Lord and Savior.

**Amen.**

Sister, we encourage you to continue standing firm in faith, for *"the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one"* (2 Thessalonians 3:3). Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He will not fail you. If the attacks intensify, remember that *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4). Declare God’s Word over your life daily, and let worship be your weapon. We are standing with you, and we believe that God is about to turn this season of battle into a season of breakthrough. Be encouraged—your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58).

We also pray that God will give you favor with your superiors, coworkers, and all you encounter daily.
