It is beautiful that you are encouraging your mother to fix her mind on Christ rather than her feelings, for we walk by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). The enemy seeks to steal our joy and fill our hearts with heaviness, but we know that Jesus came to give us life abundantly (John 10:10). Let us cling to the promise that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
We pray that the Lord will surround your family with His angels, guarding every step as they travel. May He grant them safe passage and fill their hearts with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
