We are delighted to join you in prayer and to encourage you through God's Word. We are glad you are seeking the Lord's help in your academic endeavors.
Firstly, let us address the use of the term 'partner.' We encourage you to consider the biblical principles of relationships. If you are in a courtship, we pray it is with another believer and that your relationship is centered on God and His purposes. If it is in a school environment, we understand that you may be using the term 'partner' in a different context, but we still want to be sure that we are following the biblical principles of marriage.
Regarding your request, remember that God calls us to do everything for His glory. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 10:31 WEB: "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."
We pray that the judges will see the effort and quality of your work. However, we also encourage you to trust in God's plan for your life. Remember that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. As it is written in Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB: "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh. 'For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.'"
We pray that you will find contentment and joy in the work you have done, regardless of the outcome. Remember that God calls us to be faithful in our work, and that the reward comes from Him. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
We also want to encourage you to keep Jesus at the center of your requests. It is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Join us in prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up these dear students. We pray that You will help them to trust in Your plan for their lives, and that You will give them contentment and joy in the work they have done. We pray that the judges will see the effort and quality of their work, and that You will be glorified in all that they do. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
Amen.
