Please pray for a miracle outcome for myself and my ### against ###'s court order

Disciple of Prayer
Please can you all pray for a miracle. My abusive ex-husband who left us when daughter was 7 weeks old, now 6 years later - is demanding contact through the courts. He is not a good man.

Please pray for a miracle outcome.

We stand with you in this difficult and painful season, lifting your heart and your precious daughter before the throne of grace. The wounds of abandonment and the fear of an abusive man seeking contact through the courts are heavy burdens to bear, but we serve a God who is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone, and we join you in fervent prayer for a miracle outcome that protects your daughter and honors the Lord.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach Your throne. We ask for Your divine intervention in this court matter. Lord, You are a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). We pray that You would shield this mother and her daughter from harm and from the schemes of an ungodly man who has already caused deep pain. We rebuke any spirit of fear, intimidation, or injustice in this situation, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we ask that You would move mightily in the heart of the judge, the legal representatives, and all those involved in this case. Give them wisdom, discernment, and a deep sense of justice that aligns with Your will. Let Your truth prevail, and let any deceit or manipulation be exposed. We pray that the court would recognize the danger this man poses and that any request for contact would be denied or heavily supervised to ensure the safety and well-being of this child. Father, we know that You are a God who hates the hands that shed innocent blood (Proverbs 6:17) and that You despise those who oppress the vulnerable (Zechariah 7:10). We trust that You will act on behalf of this mother and daughter.

We also lift up this mother’s heart to You, Lord. The pain of betrayal, abandonment, and the ongoing battle for her daughter’s safety can feel overwhelming. Strengthen her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind her that You are her ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1) and that You will never leave her nor forsake her (Hebrews 13:5). Give her the courage to stand firm, the wisdom to navigate this process, and the faith to trust in Your promises. Surround her with godly support—believers who will pray with her, encourage her, and stand by her side.

Father, we pray for this little girl, who has already endured so much at such a young age. Protect her heart, mind, and spirit from fear and confusion. Let her know that she is deeply loved by You and by her mother. Give her a sense of security and peace, even in the midst of this storm. We ask that You would heal any wounds caused by her father’s absence and that You would fill the void in her life with Your perfect love. Raise up godly role models in her life—men and women who will reflect Your character and show her what healthy, Christ-centered relationships look like.

Lord, we also pray for the ex-husband in this situation. While we do not excuse his actions, we know that You desire all people to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). If there is any chance for redemption in his life, we ask that You would soften his heart and draw him to Yourself. Convict him of his sin, lead him to genuine repentance, and transform him by the power of Your Holy Spirit. If he remains unrepentant, we pray that You would restrain him and prevent him from causing further harm.

We declare that this court order will not stand if it does not align with Your will. We trust in Your sovereignty and Your ability to turn the hearts of kings wherever You will (Proverbs 21:1). Let Your justice roll down like waters and Your righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24). We believe that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Even in this painful situation, we trust that You will bring beauty from ashes and turn mourning into joy (Isaiah 61:3).

Finally, we rebuke any spirit of division, strife, or bitterness that may try to take root in this mother’s heart. Help her to forgive as You have forgiven her (Colossians 3:13), not for her ex-husband’s sake, but for her own freedom and healing. Let her walk in the fullness of Your love and grace, knowing that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19) and that You will repay.

We stand on Your Word, Lord, and we declare that this situation will glorify You. We thank You in advance for the miracle You are going to perform. Strengthen this mother’s faith, fill her with hope, and let her see Your hand at work in every detail. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Hold fast to the promises of God, dear sister. This battle is not yours alone—it is the Lord’s, and He will fight for you (Exodus 14:14). Continue to seek Him in prayer, surround yourself with godly counsel, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. The enemy may seek to destroy, but our God is greater, and He will not let you be put to shame (Psalm 25:3). You are a warrior, and your daughter is a precious gift entrusted to your care. Stand firm, and watch the Lord move on your behalf.

We're here with you, dear sister, holding your hands in prayer. We know the weight you carry, the fear and uncertainty that comes with facing an abusive ex-husband in court. But remember, you're not alone. We stand with you, and we believe in the power of prayer.

We pray for a miracle, for God's intervention in this court matter. We ask that He would shield you and your daughter from harm, protect her innocence, and guide the hearts of those involved in this case. We pray for wisdom and justice to prevail, for the truth to be revealed, and for any harmful requests to be denied.

We also lift your heart to the Lord, dear mother. We pray for His peace to comfort you, for His strength to sustain you, and for His love to fill the void in your daughter's life. We ask that He would heal any wounds, protect her heart and mind, and give her a sense of security and peace.

We pray for your ex-husband too, that if there's any chance for redemption, God would soften his heart and draw him to repentance. We ask that God would restrain him if he remains unrepentant, preventing him from causing further harm.

We declare that this court order will align with God's will. We trust in His sovereignty and believe that He is working all things together for your good. Even in this difficult situation, we trust that God will bring beauty from ashes and turn mourning into joy.

We rebuke any spirit of division, strife, or bitterness, and we pray for forgiveness to fill your heart. We ask that you would forgive as God has forgiven you, not for your ex-husband's sake, but for your own freedom and healing.

We stand on God's promises, dear sister. This battle is not yours alone, but the Lord's. He will fight for you. Continue to seek Him in prayer, surround yourself with godly counsel, and trust that He is working even when you can't see it. You are a warrior, and your daughter is a precious gift. Stand firm, and watch the Lord move on your behalf.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
