Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the aggressive neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

Please also pray that the aggressive neighbour cooperates with the authorities and admits to the harm he has caused and the threats he has made. May God stop him from lying.

Please also pray for the neighbours who have decided to take legal action against the harassment and aggressive behaviour in the house, and ask God to give them strength and justice. In Jesus' name, I ask all these.

Due to previous disturbances to peace and calm, please pray in the name of Jesus that

1. Alcohol consumption will be prohibited in common areas in the house. (He started drinking alcohol again yesterday.)

2. Just as two locked doors prevent the aggressive neighbour from entering other houses or going upstairs, please pray that he will not be allowed to enter the second security door where the glass was broken, if it is a good solution and legally possible, as he cannot control himself. This way, he would not be able to disturb me or the other neighbours, as he lives in a separate area.

Update: on Wednesday, someone was heard shouting in the house: "I will rape you (with a rude word) if I hear your (vulgar words) dog barking again at night" and other rude threats and words... Please pray in Jesus' name for help to stop this from happening again. Please pray that those in authority respond righteously.

Update: I shared some new documentation. In which the neighbour speaks negatively about the police. Please pray for continued communication and for justice to be upheld.

Update: A few weeks ago, the neighbour made threats, saying that it would cost me a certain amount of money to document him speaking negatively about the police. I didn't understand what he meant, given that he doesn't have the authority to issue fines. A few days ago, we found out that the same amount had been stolen from ###'s bank account in smaller sums, totalling roughly the same amount that our neighbour threatened me with.

We don't yet know how they gained access to her bank card details, nor whether there is a connection between the two incidents. Please pray for restoration and justice. Pray that the authorities intervene and that God gives them wisdom on how to deal with this issue and find the robber. In Jesus' name, amen!

Update: The theft continued on Monday and Wednesday as well. Even though the card had been blocked, they still had access and stole more money. Please pray that God stops them from stealing any more and that the authorities intervene immediately and catch the robber. My mother is so stressed that she has had two nosebleeds, has been unable to sleep, and her blood pressure has been unusually high. Please pray for her peace, too. In Jesus' name, amen.

Update: Please pray that God stops the aggressive neighbour from lying in Jesus' name. May he confess all his wrongdoings, including making death threats and threatening rape.

Update: The aggressive neighbour keeps tearing apart the rubbish in the communal bin where I throw mine away. It's bizarre. Please pray that God puts a stop to it.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you and this distressing situation to the throne of grace, where we know He hears and acts on behalf of His children. The aggression, threats, and chaos you are enduring are not of God, for He is a God of order, peace, and justice. We praise you for invoking the name of Jesus in your request, for it is only through His mighty name that we have authority to stand against the works of darkness and see breakthrough.

The behavior of this neighbor is not only harmful but deeply sinful—filled with anger, violence, threats, and even what appears to be demonic influence. The Bible warns us that such actions are the fruit of a heart far from God. *"Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s Kingdom."* (Galatians 5:19-21, WEB). This man’s actions are not just against you or your neighbors but against the very nature of God. We must pray not only for his removal but for his soul—for repentance, conviction, and salvation, though his actions demand justice.

We also recognize the spiritual warfare at play here. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and this situation is a clear manifestation of that. But we serve a God who is greater. *"For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ"* (2 Corinthians 10:3-5, WEB). We must stand firm in prayer, fasting, and faith, knowing that God will intervene.

Your request for the authorities to act with moral integrity is right and just. We pray that God would stir their hearts to act righteously and without delay. *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1, WEB). May those in positions of power be given wisdom, courage, and a sense of urgency to remove this man and his associates from your environment. We also pray for protection over you and all witnesses who may testify against him, that no harm would come to you and that the truth would prevail.

The financial theft you mentioned is another layer of evil in this situation. The Bible is clear about the seriousness of theft and exploitation. *"Don’t steal. Don’t lie. Don’t deceive one another"* (Leviticus 19:11, WEB). We pray that God would expose the thief, restore what has been stolen, and bring justice swiftly. May the authorities uncover every detail needed to hold the guilty accountable. We also lift up your mother, asking the Lord to grant her peace that surpasses understanding, healing for her body, and rest for her soul. *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).

We are grieved to hear of the fear and exhaustion you and others are experiencing. But take heart, beloved, for the Lord is your refuge and strength. *"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling"* (Psalm 46:1-3, WEB). You are not alone in this battle. The Lord sees your suffering, and He will act. *"Yahweh also will be a high tower for the oppressed, a high tower in times of trouble"* (Psalm 9:9, WEB).

We also want to address the suggestions you’ve received to arm yourself or take legal action as the primary solution. While it is wise to take practical steps for protection, our ultimate trust must be in the Lord. *"Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you"* (Proverbs 20:22, WEB). Legal action may be necessary, but it is the Lord who fights for you. Do not let fear drive you to rely solely on human solutions. Instead, seek God’s wisdom in every step, and trust that He will guide you.

The fact that this man has made death threats, sexual threats, and has exhibited behavior that mirrors violent criminals is deeply alarming. We pray that God would expose every hidden motive and plan of the enemy. We also pray that the authorities would recognize the severity of this situation and act decisively to protect the innocent. *"Rescue the weak and needy. Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked"* (Psalm 82:4, WEB).

We are encouraged that you are documenting these incidents and sharing them with the authorities. Continue to do so, for the truth is a powerful weapon against injustice. *"Have no fear of them, for nothing is covered that will not be revealed; or hidden, that will not be known"* (Matthew 10:26, WEB).

Now, let us pray fervently together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and this entire neighborhood under siege by the enemy. Lord, You are a God of justice, and we ask that You rise up and scatter those who delight in violence and chaos. Father, we bind every spirit of aggression, drunkenness, perversion, and deception operating through this man and his associates. We command these spirits to be silenced and cast out in Jesus’ name.

Lord, we ask that You remove this aggressive neighbor from this environment completely and permanently. Close every door that allows him to continue his harassment. Father, expose his deeds to the authorities and give them no rest until they act righteously. Let his own words and actions testify against him, and may he no longer be able to hide or manipulate the truth.

We pray for the salvation of this man’s soul, Father. Soften his heart of stone and convict him of his sins. Let him encounter Your love in a way that brings him to repentance. But if he refuses to turn from his wickedness, Lord, we ask that You remove his influence entirely. Do not let the innocent continue to suffer at his hands.

Father, we pray for the restoration of what has been stolen. Expose the thief, Lord, and bring them to justice. Protect the finances of this household and provide for every need. Heal our sister’s mother completely—restore her peace, her sleep, and her health. Let her blood pressure return to normal, and remove all stress and anxiety from her body and mind.

We ask for Your divine protection over every resident in that neighborhood. Place a hedge of fire around their homes and families. Let no weapon formed against them prosper. Father, we pray specifically that alcohol would be prohibited in the common areas and that this man would be restricted from accessing places where he can harm others. Shut every door that gives him opportunity to continue his evil deeds.

Lord, we pray for the neighbors who are taking legal action. Strengthen them, give them favor in the courts, and let justice prevail. Raise up courageous men and women who will stand against this oppression and not grow weary in doing good.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and hopelessness that has tried to take root in the hearts of Your people. Fill them with Your peace, Your courage, and Your hope. Remind them that You are their defender and that You will never leave them nor forsake them.

We declare that this situation is not hopeless, for our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we could ask or think. We thank You in advance for the victory, for the safety, and for the restoration of peace in this neighborhood. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this place.

Finally, Father, we pray for our sister’s strength and perseverance. Surround her with Your angels, and let her know that she is not alone. Give her wisdom in every decision and let her continue to walk in obedience to You.

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting you, your family, and this deeply troubling situation before the Lord in prayer these past days. Our hearts have been burdened alongside yours as we’ve read each update, witnessing the escalation of harassment, threats, and spiritual oppression at work in your home and neighborhood. We do not take lightly the weight of standing in the gap for you, and we are grateful you’ve entrusted us to intercede on your behalf.

The enemy’s schemes are clear in this relentless assault—not just against your peace, but against the very safety and dignity of those around you. Yet we serve a God who is mightier than any force of darkness, and we declare that His power is at work even now. We’ve been praying specifically for the removal of this aggressive neighbor, for the authorities to act with moral integrity and urgency, and for divine protection over you, your mother, and all who are suffering under this torment. We’ve also lifted up the financial theft, asking God to expose the thief, restore what was stolen, and bring justice where injustice has reigned.

As we wait on the Lord’s timing, we want to encourage you: **do not grow weary in doing good** (Galatians 6:9). The fact that you continue to seek prayer, document the abuse, and reach out for help—even when others have grown numb to the situation—is a testament to your faith and courage. And for you, we ask for fresh endurance, wisdom in every decision, and the boldness of the Holy Spirit to speak truth when needed—whether to neighbors, authorities, or even in moments of confrontation.

Lastly, we lift up the aggressive neighbor himself. Though his actions are deplorable, we pray for a divine encounter that would break the hardness of his heart. May the Lord convict him of his sins, expose his lies, and either lead him to repentance or remove his influence entirely from your lives. We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that the Lord will turn what the enemy meant for harm into a testimony of His deliverance.
