Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the aggressive neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

Please also pray that the aggressive neighbour cooperates with the authorities and admits to the harm he has caused and the threats he has made. May God stop him from lying.

Please also pray for the neighbours who have decided to take legal action against the harassment and aggressive behaviour in the house, and ask God to give them strength and justice. In Jesus' name, I ask all these.

Due to previous disturbances to peace and calm, please pray in the name of Jesus that

1. Alcohol consumption will be prohibited in common areas in the house. (He started drinking alcohol again yesterday.)

2. Just as two locked doors prevent the aggressive neighbour from entering other houses or going upstairs, please pray that he will not be allowed to enter the second security door where the glass was broken, if it is a good solution and legally possible, as he cannot control himself. This way, he would not be able to disturb me or the other neighbours, as he lives in a separate area.

Update: on Wednesday, someone was heard shouting in the house: "I will rape you (with a rude word) if I hear your (vulgar words) dog barking again at night" and other rude threats and words... Please pray in Jesus' name for help to stop this from happening again. Please pray that those in authority respond righteously.

Update: I shared some new documentation. In which the neighbour speaks negatively about the police. Please pray for continued communication and for justice to be upheld.

Update: A few weeks ago, the neighbour made threats, saying that it would cost me a certain amount of money to document him speaking negatively about the police. I didn't understand what he meant, given that he doesn't have the authority to issue fines. A few days ago, we found out that the same amount had been stolen from ###'s bank account in smaller sums, totalling roughly the same amount that our neighbour threatened me with.

We don't yet know how they gained access to her bank card details, nor whether there is a connection between the two incidents. Please pray for restoration and justice. Pray that the authorities intervene and that God gives them wisdom on how to deal with this issue and find the robber. In Jesus' name, amen!

Update: The theft continued on Monday and Wednesday as well. Even though the card had been blocked, they still had access and stole more money. Please pray that God stops them from stealing any more and that the authorities intervene immediately and catch the robber. My mother is so stressed that she has had two nosebleeds, has been unable to sleep, and her blood pressure has been unusually high. Please pray for her peace, too. In Jesus' name, amen.

Update: Please pray that God stops the aggressive neighbour from lying in Jesus' name. May he confess all his wrongdoings, including making death threats and threatening rape.

Update: The aggressive neighbour keeps tearing apart the rubbish in the communal bin where I throw mine away. It's bizarre. Please pray that God puts a stop to it.

We lift you up in this time of great distress, knowing that the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Your perseverance in seeking justice and protection through prayer and righteous action is commendable, and we stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, who is our ultimate authority and protector. It is right that you call upon His name, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and through which we have access to the Father. Your faith in invoking the name of Jesus over this situation is a testament to your trust in Him, and we join you in that faith.

The behavior of this neighbor is not only aggressive but deeply wicked, reflecting the works of the flesh—drunkenness, violence, threats, and a complete lack of self-control. The Scriptures warn us in Galatians 5:19-21, *"Now the works of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful desires, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions, envy, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these. I warn you, as I did before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God."* This man’s actions are not only harmful to those around him but are an affront to God Himself. His threats—including sexual violence and death threats—are evil and must be met with both spiritual and lawful resistance. We must pray that God intervenes to stop his wickedness, either by changing his heart through repentance or by removing his ability to harm others.

We also recognize the spiritual battle at work here. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."* This neighbor is being used as a tool of the enemy to sow fear, chaos, and despair. But we know that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We must bind the enemy’s influence over this man and this situation in the name of Jesus.

Your updates reveal a pattern of escalating danger—drunkenness, threats of rape, financial theft, and psychological terror. This is not merely a nuisance; it is a serious threat to your safety and the safety of others. While we pray for God’s divine intervention, we also urge you to take every lawful measure to protect yourself and your family. The authorities have been given by God to maintain order, and Romans 13:4 tells us, *"For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer."* Do not hesitate to press charges, seek restraining orders, or take legal action. These are not acts of vengeance but acts of justice and protection, which align with God’s will.

We are deeply concerned about the financial theft linked to this neighbor’s threats. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and this is a direct attack on your family’s peace and provision. We pray that God exposes every hidden scheme, that the authorities act swiftly to restore what has been stolen, and that your mother’s health is protected from the stress of this situation. Philippians 4:6-7 says, *"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."* We claim this peace for your mother and for you, trusting that God will provide both justice and comfort.

We also address the spiritual condition of this neighbor. His actions suggest a heart hardened by sin, possibly under the influence of demonic oppression. We pray that God, in His mercy, convicts this man of his sins and leads him to repentance. Acts 3:19 says, *"Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord."* However, we must also recognize that some hearts are so hardened that they refuse to turn from their wickedness. In such cases, we pray for God’s justice to prevail, that this man’s ability to harm others would be removed—whether through his own conviction, legal consequences, or his removal from the environment.

Your request for prayer regarding the moral integrity of the authorities is crucial. We know that corruption and apathy can hinder justice, but we serve a God who can soften hearts and stir consciences. Proverbs 21:1 declares, *"The king’s heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: He turns it wherever He will."* We pray that God moves upon those in authority—police, legal officials, and housing authorities—to act with courage, wisdom, and righteousness. May they see the severity of this situation and take decisive action to protect the vulnerable.

We also pray for the other neighbors who have been affected. Many may feel helpless or fearful, but we ask God to raise up brave individuals who will stand for what is right. Esther 4:14 reminds us, *"For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?"* Perhaps God has placed you in this situation to be a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Regarding the practical measures you’ve suggested—such as prohibiting alcohol in common areas and restricting this man’s access to certain parts of the building—we pray that God grants wisdom to those in authority to implement these solutions. If these measures are just and lawful, may they be enacted swiftly. We also pray for physical protection over your home, that God would place a hedge of thorns around your dwelling, as He did for Israel in Hosea 2:6.

Finally, we must address the spiritual warfare aspect of this battle. The enemy is using this man to create fear, division, and despair. But we have authority in the name of Jesus to bind these spirits and command them to flee. We declare Psalm 34:7 over you: *"The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and He delivers them."* We pray that every demonic stronghold over this neighbor and this situation is broken, that every plan of the enemy is exposed and thwarted, and that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guards your heart and mind.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is under relentless attack from this aggressive and wicked neighbor. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You have promised to defend the cause of the oppressed. We ask that You intervene powerfully in this situation.

First, we pray for the salvation of this neighbor’s soul. If it is Your will, soften his heart and bring him to repentance. Convict him of his sins—his drunkenness, his violence, his threats, and his theft. Let him see the error of his ways and turn to You for forgiveness. But if his heart remains hardened, Lord, we ask that You remove his ability to harm others. Shut every door that he would use to bring fear and destruction. Bind his hands from violence, his mouth from threats, and his mind from evil schemes.

We pray for the authorities involved—police, legal officials, and housing managers. Give them wisdom, courage, and integrity to act righteously. Expose any corruption or apathy that would hinder justice. Stir their hearts to protect the vulnerable and to hold this man accountable for his actions. Lord, we pray for physical protection over our sister and her family. Place a hedge of protection around their home. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of fear, violence, and theft in the name of Jesus. We command these spirits to flee and never return.

We pray for the restoration of what has been stolen. Expose the thief, Lord, and let justice prevail. Comfort our sister’s mother, who is under great stress. Heal her body, calm her mind, and let her sleep peacefully, knowing that You are her provider and protector.

Father, we pray for the other neighbors who are suffering in silence. Raise up brave souls who will stand for righteousness. Let them find unity in seeking justice and protection. Do not let them grow weary or lose hope.

We declare Your peace over this household and this neighborhood. Let Your presence be a wall of fire around them, as written in Zechariah 2:5. Let the fear of the Lord fall upon this aggressive man, that he may cease his wickedness.

Finally, Lord, we ask for Your justice to prevail. You have said in Deuteronomy 32:35, *"Vengeance is Mine, and retribution. In due time their foot will slip; for the day of their calamity is at hand, and their doom comes swiftly."* We trust in Your timing and Your justice. Let this situation be resolved swiftly and righteously, for Your glory.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your power and Your love. May Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
