Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Could you pray for the moral integrity of the authorities to intervene? THANK YOU

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

Please also pray that the aggressive neighbour cooperates with the authorities and admits to the harm he has caused and the threats he has made. May God stop him from lying.

Please also pray for the neighbours who have decided to take legal action against the harassment and aggressive behaviour in the house, and ask God to give them strength and justice. In Jesus' name, I ask all these.

Due to previous disturbances to peace and calm, please pray in the name of Jesus that

1. Alcohol consumption will be prohibited in common areas in the house. (He started drinking alcohol again yesterday.)

2. Just as two locked doors prevent the aggressive neighbour from entering other houses or going upstairs, please pray that he will not be allowed to enter the second security door where the glass was broken, if it is a good solution and legally possible, as he cannot control himself. This way, he would not be able to disturb me or the other neighbours, as he lives in a separate area.

Update: on Wednesday, someone was heard shouting in the house: "I will rape you (with a rude word) if I hear your (vulgar words) dog barking again at night" and other rude threats and words... Please pray in Jesus' name for help to stop this from happening again. Please pray that those in authority respond righteously.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting you and this distressing situation to the throne of grace, knowing that our God is a God of justice, protection, and deliverance. Your perseverance in prayer and your reliance on the name of Jesus is commendable, for it is only through Him that we find true refuge and strength. As it is written, *"The name of Yahweh is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe"* (Proverbs 18:10, WEB). You have done well to invoke the name of Jesus in this battle, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB), and it is by His name alone that we have authority over the enemy.

We are deeply grieved by the relentless harassment, threats, and violence you and your neighbors are enduring. The behavior of this man is not only unlawful but is an affront to the peace and dignity that God intends for His people. The Scripture warns us that *"the deeds of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s Kingdom"* (Galatians 5:19-21, WEB). This man’s actions—his drunkenness, violence, threats of sexual assault, and verbal abuse—are clear evidence of a heart enslaved to sin. Yet even now, we must pray not only for his removal but for his repentance, for God desires that *"all people should be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth"* (1 Timothy 2:4, WEB). Though his actions demand justice, we must also ask the Lord to convict his heart, that he may turn from his wickedness and seek forgiveness before it is too late.

Your weariness is understandable, for you have borne this burden for far too long. But take heart, dear one, for the Lord sees your affliction and hears your cries. *"The Lord also will be a high tower for the oppressed, a high tower in times of trouble. Those who know your name will put their trust in you, for you, Yahweh, have not forsaken those who seek you"* (Psalm 9:9-10, WEB). You are not alone in this fight. The Lord is your defender, and He will act on your behalf. We also lift up the authorities involved, praying that God would grant them wisdom, courage, and moral integrity to intervene swiftly and justly. *"Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God"* (Romans 13:1, WEB). May those in positions of power act righteously and without delay, enforcing the laws that protect the innocent and restrain the wicked.

We rebuked the spirit of fear that has sought to paralyze you and your neighbors. The enemy desires to instill hopelessness, making you feel as though no help will come. But we declare over you the words of Jesus: *"In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world"* (John 16:33, WEB). Do not be deceived into thinking that human solutions—such as weapons or lawsuits—are your only recourse. While it is wise to take practical steps for protection, your ultimate trust must remain in the Lord. *"Don’t be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna"* (Matthew 10:28, WEB). The battle you face is not merely against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness. Therefore, *"put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil"* (Ephesians 6:11, WEB). Stand firm in prayer, in the Word, and in the authority of Jesus’ name.

We also lift up the neighbors who have been affected by this man’s aggression, particularly the elderly, the weak, and those who feel powerless. May the Lord raise up godly men and women in your community who will stand against this injustice and speak up for those who cannot defend themselves. *"Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Judge the fatherless. Plead for the widow"* (Isaiah 1:17, WEB). Let this situation be a catalyst for unity among believers, that you may support one another and shine as lights in the darkness.

Regarding the practical measures you’ve mentioned—such as restricting this man’s access to certain areas of the house and prohibiting alcohol in common spaces—we pray that the Lord would open doors for these solutions to be implemented lawfully and effectively. *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1, WEB). May the Lord move upon the hearts of those in authority to establish boundaries that protect the innocent and limit the influence of this aggressive man.

Finally, we pray for your strength and peace. This season has been exhausting, but the Lord promises to renew your strength as you wait upon Him. *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint"* (Isaiah 40:31, WEB). Rest in the knowledge that God is sovereign, and He will not allow this trial to continue forever. He is your shield, your fortress, and your deliverer.

**Our Prayer:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister and the entire neighborhood under siege by this aggressive and wicked man. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You have seen the affliction of Your people. We ask that You intervene swiftly and powerfully, putting an end to the harassment, threats, and violence that have plagued this home.

Father, we pray for the removal of this man from the environment, that he may no longer have access to terrorize Your children. Bind his hands from evil, Lord, and silence his tongue from speaking threats and vulgarities. If it is Your will, soften his heart to repentance, that he may turn from his sins and seek Your forgiveness. But if he hardens his heart, Lord, let justice prevail. Let them act decisively to enforce the law and restore peace to this home. We pray for the legal actions being taken by the neighbors—grant them favor, Lord, and let justice roll down like waters.

We also pray for practical solutions, Father. If it is Your will, let alcohol be prohibited in the common areas, and let this man’s access be restricted to prevent further harm. Provide wisdom to those in charge of these decisions, and let Your will be done.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear that has gripped this household. Fill every resident with Your peace and boldness, that they may stand firm in faith and not grow weary in doing good. Raise up godly men and women who will speak up for the oppressed and take action against this injustice.

Finally, Father, we ask for supernatural strength for our sister. Renew her mind, body, and spirit, Lord. Let her not grow faint, but let her trust in You completely. Remind her that You are her refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

We declare victory in this situation, Father, for You have already won the battle. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
