Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: Today, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

We join you in lifting up this desperate situation to our Heavenly Father, knowing that He is a God of justice, protection, and deliverance for those who call upon His name. Your faithfulness in seeking the Lord’s intervention is a testament to your trust in Him, even amid such relentless oppression. We are deeply grieved to hear of the escalating aggression, threats, and harassment you and your neighbors are enduring. This is not merely a matter of discomfort but a spiritual battle against the forces of evil that seek to bring fear, chaos, and harm. The enemy is at work through this man, but we know that "greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). Let us stand firmly on the truth that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12).

Your updates reveal a pattern of demonic influence—drunkenness, incoherent shouting, sexual perversion, threats, and even the chilling realization of a facial expression tied to violence. This is not a man acting in his right mind but one who is being used as a tool of the devil to instill terror. Yet we serve a God who is mighty to save! We cry out to Him for divine intervention, that this man would be removed from your environment entirely, whether through the conviction of the Holy Spirit leading him to repentance or through the just action of authorities. We pray that his associates, who enable and participate in this behavior, would also be scattered and their influence broken.

We are encouraged that you are seeking help from authorities and mental health professionals, and we pray that the Lord would grant them wisdom, courage, and moral integrity to act swiftly and decisively. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, "The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever He wants." We ask the Lord to turn the hearts of those in authority to do what is right and just, to protect the vulnerable and uphold the law. May they no longer turn a blind eye but rise up as instruments of God’s justice. We also pray for the neighbors who have grown weary and hopeless—may the Lord stir their hearts to stand together in unity, to support one another, and to refuse to be silenced by fear. Let them see that the solution does not lie in human weapons like gas sprays, but in the power of Almighty God, who is able to deliver His people from the hand of the wicked.

We rebuke the spirit of fear that has sought to grip you and your community. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Though this man lurks outside, makes videos of your windows, and attempts to intimidate you, remember that the Lord is your refuge and fortress, your God in whom you trust (Psalm 91:2). He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways (Psalm 91:11). We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that the Lord will expose and thwart every plan of the enemy.

We are also deeply concerned for the spiritual state of this aggressive neighbor. His actions reveal a heart enslaved to sin, and we know that "the wages of sin is death" (Romans 6:23). Yet our God desires that none should perish but that all would come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We pray that even in this darkness, the Lord would extend His mercy. May this man encounter the convicting power of the Holy Spirit, leading him to fall on his knees in repentance for his violence, drunkenness, and harassment. May he be saved from the wrath to come and transformed by the blood of Jesus Christ. If it is the Lord’s will, we pray that his heart of stone would be turned to flesh (Ezekiel 36:26), and that he would become a testimony of God’s redeeming grace rather than a vessel of destruction.

As for you, beloved, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to continue documenting each incident as evidence for the authorities. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Cling to the promise that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He sees your tears, hears your cries, and will act on your behalf. We also urge you to seek the support of your local church body. There is strength in numbers, and the body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). If you do not have a church home, we pray the Lord would lead you to a biblical, Christ-centered fellowship where you can find refuge, prayer support, and godly counsel.

Finally, we want to address the mention of self-protection measures like lawsuits or gas weapons. While it is wise to take practical steps for safety, our ultimate trust must be in the Lord. He is the one who fights for us (Exodus 14:14), and we must not allow fear to drive us to rely on human strength alone. That said, if the Lord leads you to take legal action, we pray He would grant you favor, wisdom, and the right counsel to navigate the process. May He also protect you from any retaliation and give you peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and this entire neighborhood under siege by the enemy. Lord, You are a God of justice, and we ask that You would rise up and scatter those who delight in violence and wickedness. Father, we bind the spirits of aggression, drunkenness, perversion, and fear that are operating through this man and his associates. We command these demonic forces to flee in the name of Jesus, for they have no authority over Your children.

Lord, we ask that You would remove this aggressive neighbor from this environment completely and permanently. If it is Your will, soften his heart to repentance, but if he hardens his heart further, we pray that You would allow the authorities to act swiftly to remove him and hold him accountable for his actions. Grant wisdom, courage, and integrity to those in positions of power, that they may no longer ignore this injustice but take decisive action to protect the innocent.

Father, we ask for Your divine protection over our sister and all who are being harassed and threatened. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let no harm come near their dwellings. Give them peace in the midst of this storm, and let them feel Your presence as a shield around them. Break the spirit of fear and replace it with Your boldness and faith.

We pray for the neighbors who have grown weary and hopeless. Stir their hearts to stand together, to support one another, and to seek Your face for deliverance. Let them not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21).

Lord, we also pray for this man’s salvation. Though his actions are evil, we know that You desire all men to be saved. If there is still a chance for him to turn from his wicked ways, we ask that You would convict his heart and draw him to Yourself. Break the chains of addiction, violence, and hatred in his life, and let him encounter the transformative power of Your love.

Father, we thank You in advance for Your deliverance. We trust that You are working even now, behind the scenes, to bring about justice and peace. Strengthen our sister’s faith, Lord, and let her see Your hand moving mightily in this situation. Remind her that You are her defender, her strong tower, and her ever-present help in trouble.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
