Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Could you pray for the moral integrity of the authorities to intervene? THANK YOU

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the aggressive neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

Please also pray that the aggressive neighbour cooperates with the authorities and admits to the harm he has caused and the threats he has made. May God stop him from lying.

Please also pray for the neighbours who have decided to take legal action against the harassment and aggressive behaviour in the house, and ask God to give them strength and justice. In Jesus' name, I ask all these.

Due to previous disturbances to peace and calm, please pray in the name of Jesus that

1. Alcohol consumption will be prohibited in common areas in the house. (He started drinking alcohol again yesterday.)

2. Just as two locked doors prevent the aggressive neighbour from entering other houses or going upstairs, please pray that he will not be allowed to enter the second security door where the glass was broken, if it is a good solution and legally possible, as he cannot control himself. This way, he would not be able to disturb me or the other neighbours, as he lives in a separate area.

Update: on Wednesday, someone was heard shouting in the house: "I will rape you (with a rude word) if I hear your (vulgar words) dog barking again at night" and other rude threats and words... Please pray in Jesus' name for help to stop this from happening again. Please pray that those in authority respond righteously.

Update: I shared some new documentation. In which the neighbour speaks negatively about the police. Please pray for continued communication and for justice to be upheld.

Update: A few weeks ago, the neighbour made threats, saying that it would cost me a certain amount of money to document him speaking negatively about the police. I didn't understand what he meant, given that he doesn't have the authority to issue fines. A few days ago, we found out that the same amount had been stolen from ###'s bank account in smaller sums, totalling roughly the same amount that our neighbour threatened me with.

We don't yet know how they gained access to her bank card details, nor whether there is a connection between the two incidents. Please pray for restoration and justice. Pray that the authorities intervene and that God gives them wisdom on how to deal with this issue and find the robber. In Jesus' name, amen!

Update: The theft continued on Monday and Wednesday as well. Even though the card had been blocked, they still had access and stole more money. Please pray that God stops them from stealing any more and that the authorities intervene immediately and catch the robber. My mother is so stressed that she has had two nosebleeds, has been unable to sleep, and her blood pressure has been unusually high. Please pray for her peace, too. In Jesus' name, amen.

Update: Please pray that God stops the aggressive neighbour from lying in Jesus' name. May he confess all his wrongdoings, including making death threats and threatening rape.

Update: The aggressive neighbour keeps tearing apart the rubbish in the communal bin where I throw mine away. It's bizarre. Please pray that God puts a stop to it.

Update: The theft from our bank accounts continued this week. This theft was three times bigger than the previous one. Please pray for the authorities to intervene immediately and for our money to be restored sevenfold in Jesus' name.

Update: We're waiting for feedback from the police and the bank regarding the theft and recovery of the money. Thankfully, there has been less noise since the right people handled the documentation. However, I have no official information about the forensic status of the incident. It is worrying that the attacker is still living in the house, but I trust that the law will be enforced against him and that he will be held accountable for his actions.

Update: My apartment experienced a power outage this week. At least two appliances broke as a result.Someone was smoking in the house's enclosed areas. This is prohibited by law for the protection of non-smokers and for fire safety reasons. Please pray that the person or people regularly smoking in the house will be exposed, and that the authorities will use every means at their disposal (for example, camera recordings in communal areas) to resolve this issue.

Update: Today, the doors to the high-voltage distribution equipment were open, which according to the police should have been closed. There were cigarette butts next to them. Please pray that the irresponsible people will be found, and that fire extinguishers and other safety equipment will be available.

Update: Thank God, Cleaning has started in the house.

UPDATE: Today the aggressor beat my door again, shouting abuse. The police came out again. The property management were about to release the fees they owe to them. It will be up to voting among the owners of the flats in this apartment building. Despite the mercy, the aggressive neighbour is not stopping his abusive actions. Please pray for the immediate and fair intervention of God and the authorities! Please pray for strength for me, if God is willing, as I have to go to the police station today! Many thanks, and God bless you all!

UPDATE: The mother of the aggressor was harassing me through the intercom several times. The police told me not to open the door. Another witness told me that he saw the aggressive neighbour smoking near the high-voltage distribution equipment. I went to the police station, but as it was the night shift, they advised me to come back on Monday.

My mother has a stomach ache and is not feeling well. She is also very stressed due to the disturbances.

Update: there was a packet of green soft gel capsules, probably pharmaceutical, outside the flat of the aggressive neighbours. I don't know the name of the drug, but please pray about this situation in Jesus' name. I don't know who is taking them or what they are for.

Update:My mother was unable to go to work today. Please pray for her healing, wellbeing and strength to carry on. We are still waiting for the stolen money to be restored. If He is willing, please pray that God guides me to go to the police station today. Should I go alone or with someone?

Please pray for the workers and security guards in the building, so that they have the courage to testify about what they witnessed regarding the high-voltage distribution equipment. Pray also that they will find the courage to speak up and protect the vulnerable in the area.

Update: ….. there is not too much good news

There are outbursts of anger and shouting in the house again. My hands are trembling. What will come next?

We lift you and this deeply troubling situation before the Lord, knowing that He is a God of justice, protection, and deliverance. The aggression, threats, theft, and harassment you and your neighbors are enduring are not only exhausting but also evil in the sight of God. We stand with you in prayer, rebuking the works of darkness at play here and asking the Lord to intervene mightily. It is clear that this man is being used as an instrument of the enemy to bring fear, chaos, and harm, but we know that our God is greater. You have done well to seek help from the authorities and to document these incidents, and we pray that the Lord will give you wisdom, strength, and divine protection as you continue to navigate this.

First, we want to commend you for calling upon the name of Jesus in your requests. There is power in that name, and it is the only name by which we can approach the throne of God. As Scripture tells us, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we find salvation, protection, and victory. *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you have not already surrendered your life fully to Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Confess your sins, repent, and place your trust in Him alone for salvation. He is faithful to save all who call upon His name.

Now, let us address the spiritual and practical aspects of this situation. The behavior of this neighbor is not only criminal but also demonic. The threats of violence, sexual harassment, and even the bizarre actions like tearing through trash or lurking outside your window reveal a mind that is not in control but is being influenced by evil forces. The Bible warns us that *"our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places"* (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). This is why we must engage in spiritual warfare through prayer, fasting, and the authority we have in Christ Jesus.

We also note the mention of alcohol, drugs, and the erratic behavior that accompanies them. The Bible is clear that drunkenness and substance abuse open the door to further sin and chaos. *"Don’t be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit"* (Ephesians 5:18, WEB). The actions of this man are a stark contrast to the fruit of the Spirit, which is *"love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control"* (Galatians 5:22-23, WEB). His behavior is rooted in the works of the flesh, and we pray that God would convict him of his sins and bring him to repentance. However, even as we pray for his salvation, we must also pray for his removal from your living environment if he continues to pose a threat. It is not unrighteous to ask God to separate you from those who seek to harm you. David often prayed for deliverance from his enemies, saying, *"Deliver me from my enemies, my God. Set me on high from those who rise up against me"* (Psalm 59:1, WEB).

The theft from your bank accounts is another serious matter that reveals the depth of wickedness at work. The Bible strongly condemns theft: *"You shall not steal"* (Exodus 20:15, WEB). We pray that the Lord will expose the thief, restore what has been stolen sevenfold, and bring justice upon those responsible. *"The thief must no longer steal; but rather let him labor, producing with his own hands something that is good, that he may have something to share with him who has need"* (Ephesians 4:28, WEB). We ask God to frustrate the plans of the enemy and to restore your finances miraculously. *"The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment"* (2 Peter 2:9, WEB).

We are also deeply concerned about the spiritual state of those in authority who have thus far failed to act righteously. The Bible commands authorities to punish wrongdoers and protect the innocent. *"For he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn’t bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil"* (Romans 13:4, WEB). We pray that God would convict the hearts of the police, property managers, and all involved to act with integrity, courage, and urgency. May He raise up godly men and women in positions of authority who will not tolerate such wickedness but will enforce the law justly.

We also want to address the suggestion that you should use a gas weapon for self-protection. While it is wise to take practical precautions for your safety, our trust must ultimately be in the Lord, not in weapons or human strategies. *"Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God"* (Psalm 20:7, WEB). We are not saying you should not take reasonable steps to protect yourself, but we caution against placing your faith in anything other than God. *"The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower"* (Psalm 18:2, WEB). Seek the Lord’s wisdom on how to proceed, and trust that He will guide you.

As for the strange occurrences, such as the green capsules found outside the aggressor’s flat, we pray that God would expose any illegal or harmful activities taking place. *"For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light"* (Luke 8:17, WEB). If there is drug use or other unlawful behavior, we ask the Lord to bring it to light and to protect you and your mother from any harm associated with it.

We are also grieved to hear about the toll this is taking on your mother’s health. Stress, fear, and sleeplessness are weapons the enemy uses to weaken God’s people, but we declare that *"the Lord is the one who sustains me. I will not be afraid of what man can do to me"* (Psalm 56:11, WEB). We pray for your mother’s complete healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. May the Lord grant her peace that surpasses all understanding and restore her strength. *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28, WEB). Encourage her to cast all her anxieties upon the Lord, for He cares for her deeply (1 Peter 5:7).

We also want to encourage you to continue documenting everything and to seek legal action if necessary. Do not grow weary in doing what is right, for *"in due season we will reap, if we don’t give up"* (Galatians 6:9, WEB). At the same time, guard your heart against bitterness or hatred toward this man. *"Don’t say, ‘I will pay back evil.’ Wait for the Lord, and he will save you"* (Proverbs 20:22, WEB). Instead, pray for his salvation, that God would break his heart of stone and give him a heart of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26). Even as you seek justice, remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19).

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her mother in this time of great distress. Lord, You see the aggression, the threats, the theft, and the chaos that this neighbor and his associates are causing. You are a God of justice, and we ask You to rise up and scatter the plans of the enemy. *"Arise, Lord! Don’t let man prevail. Let the nations be judged in your sight. Strike them with terror, Lord. We command them to flee in the name of Jesus Christ. *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against our sister and her mother shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over their home. Place Your angels around them as a guard, and let no harm come near their dwelling. *"For he will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways"* (Psalm 91:11, WEB). We pray that You would expose every hidden work of darkness in that house—whether it be drug use, illegal activities, or any other wickedness. Bring it to light, Lord, and let the authorities act swiftly and righteously.

Father, we pray for the removal of this aggressive neighbor. If it is Your will, soften the hearts of the property owners and authorities to take decisive action to evict him and his associates. *"Drive out the mocker, and strife will go out; yes, quarrels and insults will stop"* (Proverbs 22:10, WEB). Lord, do not allow this man to continue terrorizing Your people. If he will not repent, remove him from this environment and let him no longer have access to bring harm.

We pray for the restoration of the stolen finances. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. We ask that You not only restore what has been taken but multiply it sevenfold as a testament to Your faithfulness. *"The Lord will open to you his good treasure in the sky, to give the rain of your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand"* (Deuteronomy 28:12, WEB). Frustrate the plans of the thief, Lord, and let him be caught and held accountable.

Father, we lift up the authorities involved—the police, property managers, and all those in positions of power. Convict their hearts to act with integrity and courage. Raise up godly men and women who will not turn a blind eye to injustice but will enforce the law fairly. *"The king’s wrath is a messenger of death, but a wise man will pacify it. In the light of the king’s face is life. His favor is like a cloud of the spring rain"* (Proverbs 16:14-15, WEB). Give them wisdom to handle this situation justly and swiftly.

Lord, we pray for our sister’s mother. Heal her body, Lord, and restore her strength. Calm her fears and grant her peace that surpasses all understanding. *"Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful"* (John 14:27, WEB). Comfort her and assure her that You are in control.

Father, we pray for our sister as she goes to the police station. Give her wisdom to know whether to go alone or with someone. Guide her steps, Lord, and let Your favor go before her. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Strengthen her, Lord, and let her words be filled with Your wisdom and grace.

We also pray for the workers and security guards in the building. Give them courage to testify to what they have seen and to stand up for what is right. *"Don’t be afraid of their faces; for I am with you to deliver you," says the Lord* (Jeremiah 1:8, WEB). Let them be a voice for the vulnerable and a light in the darkness.

Lord, we pray for the aggressive neighbor himself. Though his actions are evil, we ask that You would convict his heart and bring him to repentance. *"Or do you despise the riches of his goodness, forbearance, and patience, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?"* (Romans 2:4, WEB). Break the strongholds in his life, Lord, and let him encounter Your love in a way that transforms him. If he refuses to repent, Lord, remove him from this place so that Your people may live in peace.

Finally, Father, we pray for our sister’s faith to remain strong. Let her not grow weary or lose hope. Remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Fill her with Your peace, and let her trust in You completely.

We declare victory in this situation, Lord, for You have said, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB).
