Blessings....maybe you could get in touch with Teen Challenge and get some info on how to approach him to get help...Their recovery rate is quite high and there program is Jesus..really good place to look into and maybe you could have an intervention with him and some family members...which they are really hard to do...your brother has to WANT to change and be sick of the lifestyle...

Lord touch his mind and make him whole in You. bind this spirit of addiction and all the evil that goes with it in Jesus name touch his family and give them wisdom and knowledge on how to reach out to him with Love. Lord cover this family and make them whole before Your throne in Jesus name...I am sorry for your hurt may the Lord give you and your family strength to overcome this stronghold just remember who you are fighting...it's not your brother...it's the stronghold of addiction that has latched itself on to him...put on the armor of God and claim the Victory it already has been won...in Jesus name...

Lord hear this prayer and thank you for always being there for us. I pray that healing in all areas will occur and that we will know your blessings and your miracles as that which was stolen from us is restored by you and through you. Lord please help those who have turned from you to receive a clear message so that they turn to you with humble and ask for forgiveness. Guide us all on our journeys and fill us up Holy Spirit so we are strong and we are able to discern good from evil, choosing good in all things. I say these things in Jesus name Amen

God please be with this young man that has an addiction, I pray that you would convict him of his sin and that he would turn to You and seek forgiveness of his sins and ask You to come into his heart. I pray that he would desire crack no longer and that the power of Your Holy Spirit would minister to him and the eyes of his heart would be open to see that with you nothing is impossible. May he turn to you God for his strength to be renewed in your Word. Amen
