Please pray against pressure on my job

Someone is  always putting pressure on me (and other coworkers) concerning something. But its always around rules and regulations and fear that inspections will come in the school. I just received a text message from the leader of our language counsil, she is in panic that we have not had enough meetings??! We had 6 this year, and she is in panic?? Please God remove concerns and fears and worries from off of our leadership and authorities in the school and let living collegues be more important then pupils and paperwork in Jesus name. We only care about pupils because we are in fear of inspections and weird rules of new age humanism (pupils protected like rare speaces). Thank you very much!!!
