please please pray for us and keep us in prayer. past 5-6 years we had been working really hard towards budgeting and managing our finances and resources Gods way. we were able to discipline ourselves and set a r budget to save 10% and tithe 10%. while paying off our debts. once we got all our credot card and cars paid off we started looking at and praying about a wise(Godly)way to approach our mortgage to become mortgage free some day sooner. afterr much prayer we were led to downsize. in May we sold our big beautiful home thst was in excellent condition and very upgraded and purchased a home about half the size. we didmt end up owing much less in principle but some and figured we have less costs and expenses keeping it up amd maintaining it. soon after closing we discovered that the sellers concealed a big and severe problem that can exceed costs of 50,000 and even then will still affect value of home and have forever maintenance amd problems. Now it is costing us thousands in legal fees to take legal action. please pray for us that God will help us out of this mess. the next step will be mediation. please pray that will be scheduled soon and that things will be resolved amd settled there. please pray for Gods favor, protection and blessings in mediation and getting through this. Also that if agent or sellers did anythimg else that was shady or wrong that it will come to light as well befpre then. We are told that recossion which means having sellers buy back house is very rare amd unlikely but it has happened. i know that with God nothing is impossible. please pray that total recission will be made possible and we can come out of this mess better financially as was the plan amd the intention in downsizing. please pray for all those involved includimg those that did us wrong especially the sellers and agent. that they will see and know they did wrong and feel convicted. also for the broker that they will take responsibility for their agent negligence and for our attorneys that God will use them and work in and through them
