We are glad to hear that ### is eager to see you and that there is a deep affection between you both. It is wonderful to see that you mentioned Jesus Christ in your request so we see that you are both Christians and both believers in Jesus Christ. We are believe that true love comes from God, and we are called to love one another just as Christ loved us. As it is written in 1 John 4:7-8 WEB: "Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God, and knows God. He who doesn't love doesn't know God, for God is love."
However, we want to remind you of the importance of maintaining purity in your relationship. As you both are Christians, being attracted to every single part of each other should be interpreted in the right context as it is important to honor God with your bodies and minds. As God and the Bible teach us in 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB: "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don't know God." Remember that God and Jesus call us to be holy and pure, fleeing from any form of sexual immorality and to reserve intimacy for marriage.
We encourage you to use this time together to grow spiritually and get to know each other deeply on an emotional and spiritual level, rather than a physical one. Pray together, study the Bible together, and seek God's will for your relationship. As it is written in Ephesians 5:22-33 WEB, marriage is a sacred union designed to reflect the relationship between Christ and the church. Therefore, it is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman and be sure to consider your relationship in light of God's design for marriage.
Let us pray together for your relationship with ###:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name and the power of the Holy Spirit, lifting up ### to You. Lord, we thank You for the love and affection they have for each other. We pray that their relationship will be pure, holy, and pleasing to You. Help them to honor You with their bodies, minds, and spirits, fleeing from any form of sexual immorality, lust, and impurity, reserving intimacy for marriage. Guide them as they seek Your will for their relationship, and help them to grow spiritually together. Help them to be a source of encouragement, support, and accountability for each other, reflecting the love of Christ in their actions.
If it is Your will, Lord, we pray that You will bless and prepare ### to be a godly husband to a godly wife, and to have a marriage that honors and glorifies You, reflecting the relationship between Christ and the church. Help them to maintain purity in their relationship.
We ask this in Jesus' name and the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Stay strong in your faith and continue to seek God's will for your relationship.
