Please lord, I ask in your name that I am able to make this business change quickly. I am unable to work these long hours and provide loving and care for my family. I am very tired. I need this Lord. I would like to thank you and give you all the glory. In Jesus name I pray amen.

I come before the Lord in COMPLETE agreement with you. The Lord is giving you that desire to change jobs. In the meantime, set up as many boundaries as you can between you and work (emotionally, with your time). Do not give this employer your life, that belongs to your family. Look for alternate employment, get as much sleep as you can (it's pivotal) and know the Lord is with you. Others are praying for you. Take care of yourself....if you can't do that, you will be unable to take care of your family. If that means a cut in pay?!....your family will be blessed with your health and wellness.
