Please Lord, help me to see clearly what to do now. Help me to trust people again and to allow someone to touch me again. Please also restore my health. I want to dance again. Grant me a restored healthy body that will consent me to workout daily and still leave me energy to play, paint and study.

Please protect me and allow love and grace to spread.
