please pray i struggle with hopelessness,oppression,  suicidal thoughts, heaviness, lust, pornography, fear. please pray i cant manage all of this.

Those are all spirits. Especially spirit of fear. Perfect love casteth out fear. Play worship music in your place, it will drive the evil spirits away and help control your fleshly cravings. I've been there, and there is a serious war out there and he has you in bondage to all these things. You must decide, that the devil wants to destroy you. And it's not worth the pleasure.
