Isn't he supposed to do what is in your best interest? If he is working against what is in your best interest and not doing what he is supposed to do then is he not in breach of his contract? Does he work for a brokerage? If so then talk to his supervisor and perhaps fire him due to breach of contract.

Realtor's should be governed by a body that gives them their license. They cannot just do whatever they want.

I am reported him and have all the proof of everything I am complaining about. The house is closing next week so I am stuck with him until them. He is in breach of his contract, fraud, and negligence and many more depending on the investigation.
