Please Lord answer this prayer with a yes

Please Lord 

give me perfect hair like how i want it to be

and perfect skin

and please shape my body to something better

because im tierd looking like this with a slight muffin top and a stomach that bulges out now because i had a baby

Please do something about these things

Please make my body better then it was before

and make it as if i have never had a baby  

make it beautiful and different but strong too

Please give me good health inside and out

and make me comfortable being slim and small

Please answer this prayer Right Now Lord
