Please lift me in prayer. I've asked for prayer to let go of someone but God has other plans for me. The person recently contacted me after a lot of time past. He's still struggling big time. He's 29 and heading into his second marriage after never figuring out why he cheated and left his wife. Pray that if it's God's will this marriage will be right for him,(they've only known each other 1.5 years) but if not that God intervenes and stops it. I can tell from our conversations he's not ready, but afraid of being alone. Pray that the Holy Spirit speaks to him.

Heavenly Father. Your word in Isaiah 55:9 says “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”  And in response to your word I say “I thank you for being above me and knowing what is best for me.” In this life, we are searching for our purpose and asking for Your will to be done in our lives, oh Lord.

Dear Father, today we pray that not what we want but what we need will be done in our lives, in order to live a life fully invested in You. When fear attempts to consume us, please destroy it with your perfect love because we know that You cast out all fear. We also pray, that when we are tempted to turn back and ignore Your will oh Father, You chasten our spirits, and help us to see that You only want the best for us. Help us realize, that anything You bring into our lives is for our good.

We pray that You give us a spirit of acceptance and a heart open to Your move in our lives. Above all, let us always desire to be with You above all things. In Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen

Bless each of us with what we stand in need of (today, tomorrow, and for always). God fix what is wrong in each our hearts, minds, lives, and homes and make it right. Create in each of us a clean heart and renew a right spirit within us. Bless each of us with a heart after God’s own heart. A heart that beats to live, love, respect and fulfill God’s will for each of our lives. Let the mind of Christ Jesus be in each of us and all the fruits of the spirit be in operation in all our lives. Bless us all to come to know You in truth, love You with all our hearts, and strengthen each of us to always walk in obedience to Your Word and Will for each of our lives. Bless each and every one of us to prosper, be in excellent health, and cause our souls to prosper in the things of God. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer. Amen, so be it, and it is so.

Pray that if it's God's will this marriage will be right for him,(they've only known each other 1.5 years it was the third girl he was with within a year) but if not that God intervenes and stops it. She has a 16 year old and it was an instant family for him to belong to. I can tell from our conversations he's not ready, but afraid of being alone. Pray that the Holy Spirit speaks to him. p.s. He still texts my daughter and me because he can't break the connection.  We show him unconditional love.
