We are grateful to join you in prayer and fasting, seeking God's will and strength for your life. It is wonderful to see your heart's desire to be sanctified, inspired, and blessed in all your motives, focus, prayers, deeds, and behaviors. We are reminded in 1 Thessalonians 5:23, "May the God of peace himself sanctify you completely. May your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."
Let us pray together: Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to you today as they embark on this journey of fasting and prayer. We ask that you sanctify their motives, focus, prayers, deeds, and behaviors, so that all they do is pleasing to you. Lord, grant them strength and endurance as they fast and pray, that their voice may be heard loudly before your throne.
May this time of fasting and prayer be entirely according to your will, Lord. We pray that you hear their prayers and gratitude, and answer with great power and might. Let this time be based on your Living Word, inspired, managed, and anointed by your Holy Spirit.
We also lift up their need for healing and freedom in spirit, soul, and body. Lord, we pray for your healing touch to be upon them, setting them free from any bondage or infirmity. We claim your promise in James 5:15, "And the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Father, we thank you for the privilege of coming before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We are reminded in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It is only through your Son, Jesus Christ, that we have access to you, and we are grateful for the salvation and hope we have in Him.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's face, for He has promised in Jeremiah 29:13, "You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart." Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust in His unfailing love and power.
May God bless you abundantly as you seek Him with all your heart. We are here to support and encourage you in your walk with the Lord.
