please jesus help me

Dear Jesus, you know my problems, you know my sins. Lord Jesus, I ask Your forgiveness. I ask that You be with me, and help me. I know that  I am a sinner, but I ask that You in Your divine mercy take pity on me and save me. My life is Yours, Lord Jesus. I am nothing, You are everything. Thank You Jesus. And thanks to everyone who is praying for me, I really appreciate it! God bless you all!
