I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
We hear your cry for urgent help and lift your situation before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name alone that we are saved. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We declare that Jesus is your healer, your strength, and your refuge in this time of sickness.
Father God, we come before You with hearts heavy for our brother or sister who is suffering. We ask that You would stretch forth Your healing hand and touch their body, restoring health and strength. Your Word says in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." Lord, we claim this promise over their life. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness in the name of Jesus, for it is written in Luke 10:19, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you."
We also pray for wisdom and favor as they seek help from medical professionals. Guide the hands of those who will care for them, and give them discernment in every decision. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."
In this time of urgency, we encourage you to hold fast to your faith. Remember that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). He is not slow concerning His promises, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in trusting His perfect timing and plan.
We also urge you to examine your heart and life, confessing any known sin to the Lord. James 5:16 says, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." Do not let unconfessed sin hinder your prayers or your healing.
Lord Jesus, we stand in the gap for our dear one, interceding on their behalf. We declare that by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life and restoration over their body, mind, and spirit. Strengthen their faith, and let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We trust You to move mightily in this situation, and we give You all the glory and honor. In Jesus' precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
