Father, I pray that You bring my sweet sister peace. Lord, let her know that You are always there. I also pray for strength so that she is able to make it through day to day. Lord I pray that You bring healing and restoration to this marriage as well as to all the other marriages that are struggling. Guide her husband back home to her Father. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Heavenly Father....all knowing, all mighty one. We come before you with thanksgiving for the love and grace you have shown us. We thank you for life, for health and family. Lord, we ask you to fogive us for our sins....those known and unknown to us. Likewise, we pray forgiveness over our spouse. We pray that right here, right now that they are forgiven by you and by us of the sins they are committing against our marriage and the covenant that we made with you. Lord, help us to find your PEACE in the midst of this storm. Lord, we ask you to place a hedge of protection around our marriage. WE ask that you send angels to our protection. We asks for you holy psirit to guide us, and most importantly lord we ask that you draw near to us while we draw near to you. Lord, we pray that your holy spirit would continue to give guidance to our spouses, even if they have been ignoring him thus far. We pray that NO enjoyment or satisfaction will be found in sin. We denounce Satan and his demons, commanding them away from our marriage in the name of Jesus Christ. Lord, we asks that your will be done on earth as in heaven. Please God give her the strength she needs to wait for your miracle. Help her to be strong God as you mold her into the wife she needs to be to receive your blessing. Help her find out what you want her to do and the path she must walk so that she will be strong and have deep roots when her husband returns to her marriage. Amen

I know when I'm stressed the sleep is the first to go. Up till the last 6 weeks, I was using Ambien to ensure sleep. Fasted for 30 days, and that exhausted me enough I didn't need assistance. Now I'm finally sleeping again...with God's help only.
I remind myself/proclaim that God is my peace, my refuge, my rest. I denounce the attack of the enemy, and remind him that I am a child of God. I pray a hedge of protection around my mind, body and spirit as I sleep. I read script before bed. Whatever it takes to boot the stress, and take in Jesus.
