Please God Help Me Get Rid Of My Anxiety

Dear God I come to you because lately my anxiety has become a lot more frequent and it scares me yesterday I had a full blown panic attack while I was driving I had to pull over and call my mom I thought I was going to pass out behind the wheel please help me deal with this wicked and debilitating disease its very scary please help me over come this
