Please give me back my job ###

We hear your cry for help in this time of unemployment, and we stand with you in seeking God’s will for your work and provision. The loss of a job can bring deep uncertainty, fear, and even shame, but we know that our Heavenly Father cares for every detail of our lives. The Bible assures us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." This promise is not just spiritual—it extends to our daily needs, including work and provision.

First, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Salvation comes by grace through faith in Him alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). Without this relationship, our prayers lack the authority and power that come from being in Christ.

Now, let us bring your request before the Lord with humility and faith. We pray that if it is His will, He would restore your job or open a new door of opportunity that aligns with His purpose for your life. However, we must also surrender our desires to His perfect plan, trusting that He knows what is best for us. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We also encourage you to examine your heart and motives. Are there areas where you may need to repent or grow? Have you sought the Lord’s wisdom in how to approach this situation? James 1:5 tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Perhaps this season is an opportunity for you to draw closer to God, to develop new skills, or to step into a different calling.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear brother/sister who is seeking Your provision and restoration. Lord, You know the depths of their heart and the struggles they are facing. We ask that You would open the right doors for them—whether that means restoring their previous job or leading them to something new that You have prepared. Give them peace in the waiting, wisdom in their steps, and faith to trust in Your timing.

Father, we also ask that You search their heart. Reveal any areas where they need to repent, grow, or surrender more fully to You. Help them to seek Your will above their own desires. Provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory, and remind them that You are their ultimate Provider.

Lord, if there are any hindrances to their prayers—whether unconfessed sin, doubt, or fear—we ask that You would break those chains in the name of Jesus. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in confidence and hope, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You are making a way where there seems to be no way. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) as they wait on You.

In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord diligently, not just for the restoration of your job, but for a deeper relationship with Him. Spend time in His Word, worship Him, and surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with and for you. God is faithful, and He will not abandon you in this season. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us to lift your request before the Lord. It has been our sincere privilege to stand in agreement with you, praying that God would restore your job and provide for your needs according to His perfect will. We know how deeply unsettling it can be to face uncertainty in employment, and we have asked our Heavenly Father to surround you with His peace and guidance during this time.

If the Lord has answered this prayer and you’ve been restored to your position—or if He has opened another door of provision—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be a blessing to others walking a similar path. If, however, your circumstances remain unchanged, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, asking God to move in ways that only He can.

May the Lord strengthen your faith as you seek Him, trusting in His timing and His goodness. May He fill you with hope and remind you of His unfailing love through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in Jesus’ Name.
