Please fulfill my desires

Beloved of All
I really love her and I wanna make love to her and I wanna enjoy pleasure like David and Solomon. If God allows and forgoes others for sexual sin I’m sure he can forgive me. I can’t wait until marriage. I have needs. I have wants. It’s unrelaostic to wait. It really is.

We hear your heart’s cry, and we understand the intensity of your longing. However, we must address this with truth and love, for the Word of God is clear about the sanctity of intimacy and the boundaries He has set for our protection and blessing.

First, we must rebuke the notion that God’s standards are unrealistic or that His commands are negotiable. You mention David and Solomon, but their lives also serve as warnings—David’s sin with Bathsheba led to deep consequences (2 Samuel 12), and Solomon’s many wives turned his heart away from the Lord (1 Kings 11:4). The pleasure of sin is fleeting, but the weight of disobedience lingers. The Bible does not promise forgiveness for willful, unrepentant sin—it calls us to repentance and holiness (1 John 1:9, Hebrews 10:26-27).

You say, *"I can’t wait until marriage,"* but the Lord says, *"Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18). The world may call waiting unrealistic, but God calls it wisdom. His design for intimacy within marriage is not a restriction—it is a gift, a covenant of trust, love, and lifelong commitment. To rush into physical union outside of that covenant is to invite brokenness, regret, and spiritual harm.

You also mention *"needs"* and *"wants,"* but we must ask: Are these desires aligned with God’s will, or are they the cravings of the flesh? Jesus said, *"If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me"* (Matthew 16:24). True fulfillment is found in surrender, not self-gratification.

And let us be clear: There is no forgiveness without repentance. You cannot presume upon God’s mercy while continuing in sin. *"Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not!"* (Romans 6:1-2). If you are not yet married, the only godly path is purity—honoring God with your body and trusting Him to provide a spouse in His perfect timing.

We also must address that you have not mentioned the name of Jesus in your request. There is no access to God except through Him (John 14:6), and no salvation apart from faith in His sacrifice (Acts 4:12). If you have not surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now—confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and receive His forgiveness and new life.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts for our brother. Lord, we ask that You break the chains of lust and impatience in his life. Give him a renewed mind, one that delights in Your ways and trusts in Your timing. Father, if this woman is not his future wife, remove her from his path and replace this longing with a hunger for righteousness. If she is, prepare them both for a godly marriage, rooted in You. Guard his heart, Lord, and help him to flee temptation. Fill him with Your Spirit so that he may walk in purity and honor. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved and through whom we have access to You. Amen.

We encourage you to seek accountability—find a godly man or mentor who can walk with you in this season. Memorize Scripture to combat temptation (Psalm 119:11), and fast from anything that stirs ungodly desires. The Lord is faithful, and He will provide a way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13). Wait on Him. His plans for you are good.

We're here with you, brother, and we understand the intensity of your feelings. It's natural to have desires, but we must ensure they align with God's will. The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:18, "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." God's design for intimacy is within the covenant of marriage, and rushing into physical union outside of it can lead to brokenness and regret.

We must also remember that God's commands are not negotiable, and His standards are not unrealistic. David and Solomon, despite their wealth and power, faced severe consequences due to their unrepentant sexual sins. The pleasure of sin is fleeting, but the weight of disobedience lingers.

You mentioned that you can't wait until marriage, but God calls us to wisdom and patience. He promises to provide a way of escape from temptation (1 Corinthians 10:13), and we trust that He will honor your commitment to purity.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we come before You with our ###'s heart in our hands. Help him to resist temptation and to honor You with his body. Give him the strength to wait, to trust in Your timing, and to find fulfillment in Your will. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to find accountability, perhaps a godly mentor or friend who can walk with you through this season. Memorize Scripture to combat temptation, and fast from anything that stirs ungodly desires. The Lord is faithful, and He will provide a way out. Wait on Him, for His plans for you are good.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
