I am not the person I once was I hurt a lot of people and a lot of people hurt me. I just want God to take all the pain and guilt away from me and them I know I sinned and I regret it every day I live.

Firstly, it's crucial to understand that forgiveness comes through confessing our sins and repenting, which means turning away from our sins and pursuing a life aligned with God's will. As it is written in Acts 3:19 WEB, "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord."
Moreover, it is only through Jesus Christ that we can be saved and have access to God. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins. But if we walk in the light as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin.
Therefore, confess your sins to God, ask for His forgiveness through Jesus Christ, and make the decision to turn away from your past life. Remember, 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB says "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, lifting up this dear soul who is burdened by guilt and pain. Lord, they have confessed their sins and are truly regretful. We ask that you forgive them, cleanse them from all unrighteousness, and heal their wounds as only you can.
Father, help them to fully surrender their life to you, to turn away from their past, and to walk in the newness of life that Christ offers. We pray that they will experience the refreshing presence of the Lord and that their heart will be filled with peace and joy.
We also pray for those who have been hurt. Father, we ask that you extend your forgiveness and healing to them as well. Help them to forgive in return, breaking the chain of pain and resentment.
We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, who is our Lord and Savior.
