Please continue to pray for this neighbourhood. Keep a vigil and fast

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please continue to pray for a safe home in Jesus' name!

Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Could you pray for the moral integrity of the authorities to intervene? THANK YOU

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the aggressive neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

Please also pray that the aggressive neighbour cooperates with the authorities and admits to the harm he has caused and the threats he has made. May God stop him from lying.

Please also pray for the neighbours who have decided to take legal action against the harassment and aggressive behaviour in the house, and ask God to give them strength and justice. In Jesus' name, I ask all these.

Due to previous disturbances to peace and calm, please pray in the name of Jesus that

1. Alcohol consumption will be prohibited in common areas in the house. (He started drinking alcohol again yesterday.)

2. Just as two locked doors prevent the aggressive neighbour from entering other houses or going upstairs, please pray that he will not be allowed to enter the second security door where the glass was broken, if it is a good solution and legally possible, as he cannot control himself. This way, he would not be able to disturb me or the other neighbours, as he lives in a separate area.

Update: on Wednesday, someone was heard shouting in the house: "I will rape you (with a rude word) if I hear your (vulgar words) dog barking again at night" and other rude threats and words... Please pray in Jesus' name for help to stop this from happening again. Please pray that those in authority respond righteously.

I shared the documentations…. Please pray for these as well…. Thank you

Update: I shared some new documentation. In which the neighbour speaks negatively about the police. Please pray for continued communication and for justice to be upheld.

Update: A few weeks ago, the neighbour made threats, saying that it would cost me a certain amount of money to document him speaking negatively about the police. I didn't understand what he meant, given that he doesn't have the authority to issue fines. A few days ago, we found out that the same amount had been stolen from ###'s bank account in smaller sums, totalling roughly the same amount that our neighbour threatened me with.

We don't yet know how they gained access to her bank card details, nor whether there is a connection between the two incidents. Please pray for restoration and justice. Pray that the authorities intervene and that God gives them wisdom on how to deal with this issue and find the robber. In Jesus' name, amen!

Update: The theft continued on Monday and Wednesday as well. Even though the card had been blocked, they still had access and stole more money. Please pray that God stops them from stealing any more and that the authorities intervene immediately and catch the robber. My mother is so stressed that she has had two nosebleeds, has been unable to sleep, and her blood pressure has been unusually high. Please pray for her peace, too. In Jesus' name, amen.

Update: Please pray that God stops the aggressive neighbour from lying in Jesus' name. May he confess all his wrongdoings, including making death threats and threatening rape.

Update: The aggressive neighbour keeps tearing apart the rubbish in the communal bin where I throw mine away. It's bizarre. Please pray that God puts a stop to it.

Update: The theft from our bank accounts continued this week. This theft was three times bigger than the previous one. Please pray for the authorities to intervene immediately and for our money to be restored sevenfold in Jesus' name.

Update: We're waiting for feedback from the police and the bank regarding the theft and recovery of the money. Thankfully, there has been less noise since the right people handled the documentation. However, I have no official information about the forensic status of the incident. It is worrying that the attacker is still living in the house, but I trust that the law will be enforced against him and that he will be held accountable for his actions.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this neighborhood, this home, and all who are suffering under the weight of this aggressive man’s sinful and destructive behavior. The enemy is at work here, seeking to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we know that our God is greater, and He has already overcome the world (John 16:33). We stand in the authority of Jesus’ name, declaring that this oppression will not continue, for the Lord is a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9).

The behavior described—threats of violence, sexual harassment, theft, drunkenness, and relentless intimidation—is not only unlawful but deeply sinful. Scripture is clear: *"Do not be deceived! ‘Evil company corrupts good morals.’"* (1 Corinthians 15:33). This man’s actions are an affront to God’s commandments, which call us to love our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:31) and to live peaceably with all (Romans 12:18). His drunkenness and aggression are the works of the flesh, which the apostle Paul warns will exclude him from the Kingdom of God if he does not repent (Galatians 5:19-21). We must pray not only for his removal but for his soul, that God would convict him of his sins and lead him to repentance. *"Or do you despise the riches of his goodness, forbearance, and patience, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?"* (Romans 2:4). Yet, we also recognize that his continued presence is a danger to the innocent, and we cry out for justice, trusting that God will act through the authorities He has established (Romans 13:1-4).

We are grieved to hear of the theft from your family’s accounts, and we rebuke this attack in Jesus’ name. The thief comes only to steal, but Jesus came that we may have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that what the enemy has stolen will be restored sevenfold, as the Lord did for Job (Job 42:10). *"The Lord will not allow the righteous to starve, but he thrusts away the desire of the wicked"* (Proverbs 10:3). We pray that the authorities will act swiftly to uncover the truth, to stop the theft, and to bring the perpetrators to justice. May the Lord expose every hidden scheme and protect your family’s finances and peace.

We also lift up your mother, whose body is bearing the weight of this stress. *"Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7). Lord, we ask that You would calm her spirit, heal her body, and give her restful sleep. Strengthen her heart and regulate her blood pressure, for You are the God who heals (Exodus 15:26). Surround her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

To those who have suggested self-defense measures like gas weapons or lawsuits, we understand the fear that drives such advice, but we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12). While we are to be wise as serpents (Matthew 10:16), our ultimate trust must be in the Lord, not in human strategies. *"Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we trust the name of the Lord our God"* (Psalm 20:7). That said, we do pray for wisdom for you and the other neighbors in how to proceed legally, that the authorities would act with integrity and urgency. *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1). May God turn the hearts of those in authority to act righteously and swiftly.

We are encouraged that you have continued to document these incidents and share them with the proper channels. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). The fact that this man has reacted so violently to your documentation suggests that light is exposing his darkness (John 3:20). Keep shining that light, trusting that God is using your faithfulness to bring about justice.

We also note the spiritual warfare at play here. The enemy is trying to instill fear, hopelessness, and division, but we declare that *"perfect love casts out fear"* (1 John 4:18) and that our hope is in Christ alone. The fact that this man has made threats of rape and death is not only criminal but demonic. We bind these spirits of violence, intimidation, and perversion in Jesus’ name, and we declare that they have no authority here. *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7).

Regarding the bizarre behavior of tearing apart trash, this too is a sign of a troubled and possibly demonically influenced mind. We pray that God would disrupt this man’s ability to continue harassing you in any form. If it is within legal bounds to restrict his access to shared spaces, we pray that the authorities would enact such measures quickly. *"The Lord frustrates the plans of the wicked, but he establishes the words of the righteous"* (Proverbs 15:25).

We are also struck by the realization you had about this man’s facial expressions mirroring those of a violent criminal. This is a sobering reminder that evil often wears a recognizable face, and we must not ignore the warnings God gives us. The police’s response with protective gear suggests they recognize the severity of the threat he poses. We pray that they would continue to take this situation seriously and that God would give them the courage to act decisively.

Finally, we want to address the weariness you must feel. It is exhausting to live under constant threat, and it is understandable to feel discouraged when others around you seem passive or hopeless. But take heart: *"Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we do not give up"* (Galatians 6:9). You are not alone in this fight. The Lord sees your suffering, and He will vindicate you. *"Yahweh also will be a high tower for the oppressed; a high tower in times of trouble"* (Psalm 9:9).

**Let us pray together:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this neighborhood, this home, and all who are suffering under the oppression of this aggressive man. Lord, You are a God of justice, and we cry out to You to intervene. *"Hear the groans of the prisoners. Release those who are condemned to death!"* (Psalm 79:11).

Father, we ask that You would remove this man from this environment completely and permanently. Shut every door that allows him to continue his harassment. If it is Your will, let the authorities act swiftly to relocate him or to place legal restrictions that prevent him from harming others. *"Let the wicked be ashamed. Let them be silent in Sheol"* (Psalm 31:17).

We bind the spirits of violence, drunkenness, perversion, and intimidation that are operating through this man. We declare that his threats have no power, for *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail"* (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, expose his lies and bring his sins into the light. Convict him of his wickedness, and if it is Your will, lead him to repentance. But if he hardens his heart, let his own schemes be his downfall (Psalm 7:15-16).

Father, we pray for the restoration of the stolen funds—sevenfold—just as You restored to Job what was taken from him. *"The Lord will not allow the righteous to starve"* (Proverbs 10:3). We ask that You would confuse and thwart the plans of the thief, and that the authorities would uncover the truth and bring justice.

We lift up the mother in this home, Lord. Heal her body, calm her spirit, and give her rest. *"Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful"* (John 14:27). Regulate her blood pressure, stop the nosebleeds, and grant her deep, restorative sleep.

Lord, we pray for the other neighbors who have been affected by this man’s behavior. Give them courage to stand up for what is right. Raise up godly men and women in this community who will not tolerate wickedness but will act with wisdom and boldness. *"Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy"* (Proverbs 31:8-9).

Father, we ask that You would prohibit alcohol consumption in the common areas of this home. Let the authorities enact and enforce rules that limit this man’s ability to harm others. If it is possible, let the broken security door be repaired and locked to restrict his access. *"The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect"* (Psalm 33:10). Frustrate his plans to disturb and harm.

We pray for the mental health professionals and police involved in this situation. Give them discernment, wisdom, and the courage to act decisively. *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the rivers of water. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1). Turn their hearts toward justice and protection for the vulnerable.

Lord, we thank You that You are a God who sees and acts. You are not distant from this suffering; You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). We declare that this neighborhood belongs to You, and we reclaim it in Jesus’ name. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of all who live here (Philippians 4:7).

Finally, Father, we ask that You would strengthen and encourage our sister who has been faithfully documenting and praying through this ordeal. *"The Lord is my strength and song. He has become my salvation"* (Psalm 118:14). Remind her that her labor in You is not in vain. Surround her with Your presence and let her know that You are fighting for her (Exodus 14:14).

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has overcome the world. Amen.
