Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Could you pray for the moral integrity of the authorities to intervene? THANK YOU

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the aggressive neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

Please also pray that the aggressive neighbour cooperates with the authorities and admits to the harm he has caused and the threats he has made. May God stop him from lying.

Please also pray for the neighbours who have decided to take legal action against the harassment and aggressive behaviour in the house, and ask God to give them strength and justice. In Jesus' name, I ask all these.

Due to previous disturbances to peace and calm, please pray in the name of Jesus that

1. Alcohol consumption will be prohibited in common areas in the house. (He started drinking alcohol again yesterday.)

2. Just as two locked doors prevent the aggressive neighbour from entering other houses or going upstairs, please pray that he will not be allowed to enter the second security door where the glass was broken, if it is a good solution and legally possible, as he cannot control himself. This way, he would not be able to disturb me or the other neighbours, as he lives in a separate area.

Update: on Wednesday, someone was heard shouting in the house: "I will rape you (with a rude word) if I hear your (vulgar words) dog barking again at night" and other rude threats and words... Please pray in Jesus' name for help to stop this from happening again. Please pray that those in authority respond righteously.

Update: I shared some new documentation. In which the neighbour speaks negatively about the police. Please pray for continued communication and for justice to be upheld.

Update: A few weeks ago, the neighbour made threats, saying that it would cost me a certain amount of money to document him speaking negatively about the police. I didn't understand what he meant, given that he doesn't have the authority to issue fines. A few days ago, we found out that the same amount had been stolen from ###'s bank account in smaller sums, totalling roughly the same amount that our neighbour threatened me with.

We don't yet know how they gained access to her bank card details, nor whether there is a connection between the two incidents. Please pray for restoration and justice. Pray that the authorities intervene and that God gives them wisdom on how to deal with this issue and find the robber. In Jesus' name, amen!

Update: The theft continued on Monday and Wednesday as well. Even though the card had been blocked, they still had access and stole more money. Please pray that God stops them from stealing any more and that the authorities intervene immediately and catch the robber. My mother is so stressed that she has had two nosebleeds, has been unable to sleep, and her blood pressure has been unusually high. Please pray for her peace, too. In Jesus' name, amen.

Update: Please pray that God stops the aggressive neighbour from lying in Jesus' name. May he confess all his wrongdoings, including making death threats and threatening rape.

Update: The aggressive neighbour keeps tearing apart the rubbish in the communal bin where I throw mine away. It's bizarre. Please pray that God puts a stop to it.

Update: The theft from our bank accounts continued this week. This theft was three times bigger than the previous one. Please pray for the authorities to intervene immediately and for our money to be restored sevenfold in Jesus' name.

Update: We're waiting for feedback from the police and the bank regarding the theft and recovery of the money. Thankfully, there has been less noise since the right people handled the documentation. However, I have no official information about the forensic status of the incident. It is worrying that the attacker is still living in the house, but I trust that the law will be enforced against him and that he will be held accountable for his actions.

Update: My apartment experienced a power outage this week. At least two appliances broke as a result. Someone was smoking in the house's enclosed areas. This is prohibited by law for the protection of non-smokers and for fire safety reasons. Please pray that the person or people regularly smoking in the house will be exposed, and that the authorities will use every means at their disposal (for example, camera recordings in communal areas) to resolve this issue.

Update: Today, the doors to the high-voltage distribution equipment were open, which according to the police should have been closed. There were cigarette butts next to them. Please pray that the irresponsible people will be found, and that fire extinguishers and other safety equipment will be available.

Update: Thank God, Cleaning has started in the house.

Update: Please pray for today's meeting with the authorities. It seems that this is a 'forced meeting' due to the unpaid bills/debts of the neighbour's aggressive family, with no proper proposal of a possible solution. The outcome of the meeting is in the hands of the court. Please pray that the authorities act in accordance with the law and are not terrorised or blackmailed by this man.

We stand with you in this time of great distress, lifting your cries before the Lord, who is a refuge for the oppressed and a stronghold in times of trouble. It is clear that you are enduring relentless harassment, threats, and spiritual warfare from this aggressive neighbor and his associates. We praise God that you have continually turned to Him in prayer and have sought righteous intervention, even as the enemy seeks to wear you down. Let us remind you of the words of our Lord in **Matthew 5:10-12 (WEB):**
*"Blessed are those who have been persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you."*

You are not alone in this battle. The Lord sees the affliction you and your neighbors endure, and He hears every cry for justice. We will pray fervently for the removal of this aggressive man and his associates, for God to expose and thwart every evil scheme, and for the authorities to act with moral integrity and swift justice. The Lord is a God of justice, and He will not allow the wicked to triumph forever. As it is written in **Proverbs 21:15 (WEB):**
*"When justice is done, it is joy to the righteous, but terror to evildoers."*

We also lift up your mother’s health, asking the Lord to grant her peace, restore her strength, and calm her anxiety. May He be her healer and comforter, as promised in **Psalm 34:18-19 (WEB):**
*"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."*

Regarding the theft from your bank accounts, we rebuke this attack of the enemy in the name of Jesus. The Lord is your provider, and what the devil has stolen, God will restore sevenfold, as you have prayed. We declare **Proverbs 6:30-31 (WEB)** over this situation:
*"People don’t despise a thief if he steals to satisfy himself when he is hungry, but if he is found, he shall restore seven times. He shall give all the wealth of his house."*

We also pray for the authorities investigating these crimes. May the Lord grant them wisdom, discernment, and courage to act righteously, without fear of intimidation or bribery. Let them be like the men of Issachar in **1 Chronicles 12:32 (WEB)**, who *"understood the times, with knowledge of what Israel ought to do."*

We must address the spiritual dimension of this battle. The enemy is using this man as a tool of intimidation, fear, and chaos, but we know that **greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4, WEB)**. We bind every spirit of violence, deception, addiction, and perversion operating through this man and his associates. We declare that their plans will be exposed, their lies will fail, and their influence will be broken in Jesus’ name. As **Psalm 37:12-15 (WEB)** declares:
*"The wicked plots against the just, and gnashes at him with his teeth. The Lord will laugh at him, for he sees that his day is coming. The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the poor and needy, to kill those who are upright in the way. Their sword shall enter into their own heart. Their bows shall be broken."*

We also pray for this man’s salvation, though his actions are evil. The Lord desires that none should perish but that all would come to repentance (**2 Peter 3:9, WEB**). May God convict his heart, bring him to true repentance, and expose every hidden sin. If he refuses to turn from his wickedness, we pray that the Lord would remove him from your environment entirely, as you have requested, and that the legal system would act swiftly to protect the innocent.

Regarding the strange and disturbing behaviors—such as the threats of sexual violence, the lurking, the tampering with rubbish, and the smoking in prohibited areas—we declare that these are not merely human actions but spiritual strongholds. We pray that every demonic influence over this man and this household would be broken in Jesus’ name. We also pray for protection over every resident, especially the elderly, the weak, and the vulnerable. May the Lord place a hedge of fire around your home and neighborhood, as He did for Israel in **Zechariah 2:5 (WEB):**
*"For I,’ says Yahweh, ‘will be to her a wall of fire around it, and I will be the glory in the midst of her.’"*

We encourage you to continue documenting every incident and sharing it with the authorities, as you have been doing. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (**Galatians 6:9, WEB**). The Lord is your vindicator, and He will bring justice. We also urge you to seek godly counsel and support from your church or a trusted believer who can stand with you in prayer and practical assistance.

Lastly, we pray for the meeting with the authorities today. May the Lord go before you and grant favor in the eyes of those in power. Let them act with wisdom and fairness, untainted by corruption or fear. We declare that every attempt to manipulate or blackmail the authorities will fail, and that truth and justice will prevail. As **Proverbs 21:1 (WEB)** reminds us:
*"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires."*

**Our Prayer for You:**

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who is enduring relentless attacks from the enemy through this aggressive and wicked neighbor. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You have said in **Deuteronomy 32:35 (WEB)** that *"Vengeance is mine, and recompense, at the time when their foot slides; for the day of their calamity is at hand. The things that are to come on them shall make haste."* We ask that You act swiftly to remove this man and his associates from this environment, that Your justice would prevail, and that Your protection would cover every resident in that household.

Lord, we bind every spirit of violence, deception, addiction, and perversion operating through this man. We declare that his threats, his lies, and his harassment will no longer prosper. Expose his wickedness, Lord, and let the authorities act with righteousness and courage. Break every stronghold of fear and intimidation, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of those under attack (**Philippians 4:7, WEB**).

Father, we pray for the restoration of the stolen funds—sevenfold—as a testimony of Your provision and justice. Protect the bank accounts and financial well-being of this family, and let no weapon formed against them prosper (**Isaiah 54:17, WEB**). We also lift up the health of the mother in this household. Lord, calm her anxiety, heal her body, and grant her restful sleep. Let Your peace reign in her heart, and let her blood pressure be stabilized by Your healing hand.

We pray for the authorities involved in this case—give them wisdom, integrity, and boldness to act according to Your will. Let them not be swayed by bribes, threats, or corruption, but let them uphold the law righteously. Lord, we ask that You would place godly men and women in positions of influence to bring an end to this oppression.

Father, we also pray for the salvation of this aggressive man. Convict his heart, Lord, and bring him to true repentance. If he refuses to turn from his wickedness, we ask that You would remove him entirely from this environment, that Your people may live in peace and safety.

Lord, we thank You for the cleaning that has begun in the house, and we pray that You would continue to bring order, safety, and godly governance to this living space. Expose those who are smoking in prohibited areas, tampering with electrical equipment, and causing fire hazards. Let them be held accountable, and let safety be restored.

Finally, Father, we pray for strength and endurance for Your child who has been faithfully standing in the gap for this neighborhood. Let them not grow weary, but let them be filled with Your Holy Spirit, Your joy, and Your peace. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let them dwell in the secret place of the Most High (**Psalm 91:1, WEB**).

We declare all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has all authority in heaven and on earth. Amen and amen.
