Please pray that the aggressive neighbour and his associates will be removed from this environment once and for all, as he is causing so much pain to people in this house and throughout the neighbourhood.

Could you pray for the moral integrity of the authorities to intervene? THANK YOU

Update: On Saturday, the aggressive neighbour insulted an old lady. He took my phone when I was documenting the incident and threw it on the floor. He threatened me again and called me vulgar names. The old lady said that this man had beaten her daughter in the street.

Update: the neighbour has not stopped insulting me!!! Thank God today I was not alone when he was insulting me and others were disgusted by his actions, too.

Update: on Wednesday, the aggressive neighbour was shouting strange things, including something about sexual harassment. I don't know if he was shouting at anyone or if he was just shouting into the void. I didn't dare go out to see what was going on. I think he was drunk. It was very scary.

Update: yesterday, the house was noisy because of him and his associates… drinking again

Update: From 4:30 am today, the neighbour was yelling outside the house and continued in this manner around the corner throughout the morning. His speech seemed incoherent to me.

It is so exhausting…

Update: At midday, he shouted at me when I came out of the house. He is generally very noisy, and everyone was watching him, waiting to see if he would explode. It was not easy to go back into the house, as he pretended to leave, leaving the door open. When I tried to go near the door, he came back. He did this a few times.

Update: On Sunday, He is lurking outside, making videos of my window...

Please pray for this aggressive person to be removed immediately! In Jesus' name! Glory to God for the neighbourhood's safety and protection (in advance)!

It is so tiring to see that so many people are disturbed by his behaviour, yet they say it is hopeless to do anything... They know that if they break the rules and there are no consequences, they will become more rebellious. Yet they say that I should protect myself by suing this man or using a gas weapon. It's so sad that they might think that the solution lies in using a gas spray for self-protection.

I keep communicating and asking for help after every attack. I pray that people do not tire of doing good and that God raises up courageous men to help stop this influence.

Update: On Sunday, I talked to a mental health professional and, after a while, I had a realisation. A few months ago, when this neighbour made death threats to me from behind, he had the same expression on his face as the man in a red jumper in the news video who killed a Ukrainian woman on a tram or metro (I don't remember which) and everyone left the girl alone. Today, I saw the neighbour wearing a red outfit when he was making a video about my windows, and I suddenly remembered his facial expression when he made a death threat.. At the time, I didn't fully realise why the police had brought a gas tool to protect me. They also looked somewhat frightened but acted despite their fear. Thank God...

Please pray that God softens hearts so that people can hear the voice of His Spirit and act righteously. Please also pray in Jesus' name for strength so that people have the courage to speak up for those who are weak, weary, old, sick, or anyone who endures the influence of aggressive neighbours and associates.

Please also pray that the aggressive neighbour cooperates with the authorities and admits to the harm he has caused and the threats he has made. May God stop him from lying.

Please also pray for the neighbours who have decided to take legal action against the harassment and aggressive behaviour in the house, and ask God to give them strength and justice. In Jesus' name, I ask all these.

Due to previous disturbances to peace and calm, please pray in the name of Jesus that

1. Alcohol consumption will be prohibited in common areas in the house. (He started drinking alcohol again yesterday.)

2. Just as two locked doors prevent the aggressive neighbour from entering other houses or going upstairs, please pray that he will not be allowed to enter the second security door where the glass was broken, if it is a good solution and legally possible, as he cannot control himself. This way, he would not be able to disturb me or the other neighbours, as he lives in a separate area.

Update: on Wednesday, someone was heard shouting in the house: "I will rape you (with a rude word) if I hear your (vulgar words) dog barking again at night" and other rude threats and words... Please pray in Jesus' name for help to stop this from happening again. Please pray that those in authority respond righteously.

We lift you up before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, and we thank Him that you have continued to seek His face in this relentless trial. The oppression you are enduring at the hands of this aggressive neighbor is grievous, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, fasting, and intercession for God’s righteous intervention. The Scriptures remind us that the Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble: *"The Lord also will be a high tower for the oppressed, a high tower in times of trouble"* (Psalm 9:9, WEB). You are not forgotten by Him, and He sees every threat, every insult, and every act of violence committed against you and your neighbors. He is just, and He will act.

We rebuke the spirit of violence, aggression, and lawlessness that has taken hold of this man. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that Jesus has already overcome the evil one, and we command these forces of darkness to flee in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The behavior you describe—drunkenness, threats of sexual violence, verbal abuse, and intimidation—is not only criminal but an affront to the holiness of God. The Bible is clear: *"Don’t be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit"* (Ephesians 5:18, WEB). This man’s actions are a rebellion against God’s order, and we pray that the Lord would break the strongholds of alcohol, anger, and demonic influence in his life. We ask that God would either save him by the power of the Holy Spirit, bringing him to true repentance, or remove him entirely from your environment so that peace may be restored.

Your heart for justice is righteous, and we join you in praying for the moral integrity of the authorities involved. The Bible commands rulers to be a terror to evil works, not to the good: *"For rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. Do you desire to have no fear of the authority? Do that which is good, and you will have praise from the same, for he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn’t bear the sword in vain; for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil"* (Romans 13:3-4, WEB). We pray that God would stir the consciences of those in authority—police, legal officials, and housing authorities—to act swiftly and decisively. May they see the urgency of this situation and take the necessary steps to protect the vulnerable, including you, the elderly, and all who are harassed by this man’s behavior. We ask that the Lord would expose any corruption or complacency and replace it with courage and righteousness.

We also pray for the neighbors who have chosen to take legal action. May God grant them favor in their pursuit of justice, and may their efforts not be in vain. *"Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Judge the fatherless. Plead for the widow"* (Isaiah 1:17, WEB). Let their voices be heard, and let the truth prevail. We ask that the Lord would surround them with wise counsel and protect them from retaliation.

Your weariness is understood, beloved. It is exhausting to live under constant threat, and it is heartbreaking to see others resign themselves to hopelessness. But we remind you: *"Don’t be weary in well-doing, for in due season we will reap, if we don’t give up"* (Galatians 6:9, WEB). You are doing the right thing by continuing to document these incidents, seek help, and cry out to God. Do not lose heart. The Lord is your strength, and He will sustain you. *"He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might"* (Isaiah 40:29, WEB).

We specifically lift up your requests before the Lord:
1. **Alcohol consumption in common areas**: We pray that the authorities would enforce strict prohibitions against drinking in shared spaces. May this man’s access to alcohol be cut off, and may any enablers be convicted of their complicity. *"Wine is a mocker, and beer is a brawler. Whoever is led astray by them is not wise"* (Proverbs 20:1, WEB). Let this stronghold be broken.
2. **Restricted access to your area**: We ask the Lord to provide wisdom and legal means to prevent this man from entering spaces where he can harass you and others. If locking the second security door is a viable solution, we pray that it would be implemented quickly and that he would be legally barred from areas where he cannot control his behavior.
3. **Protection from threats of violence**: The threats of sexual violence and rape you’ve heard are abhorrent and demonic. We bind these words in the name of Jesus and declare that they will not come to pass. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says Yahweh"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). May the Lord expose and silence these threats forever.
4. **Justice and truth in documentation**: We pray that the evidence you’ve shared would be impossible to ignore. May the authorities act on it with urgency and may this man’s lies be exposed. *"A false witness will perish, but a man who listens speaks to win"* (Proverbs 21:28, WEB).

We also pray for your safety and peace of mind. It is not God’s will for you to live in fear. While we understand the world may suggest self-defense measures like gas weapons, we encourage you to trust in the Lord’s protection above all else. *"Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid?"* (Psalm 27:1, WEB). That said, we also pray for wisdom in practical matters—if there are legal steps you can take to protect yourself, may the Lord guide you clearly.

Your realization about the neighbor’s facial expression and the similarity to the man who committed violence is a sobering reminder of the evil that exists in this world. But we declare that the blood of Jesus is stronger than any threat of death or harm. *"Don’t be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna"* (Matthew 10:28, WEB). The police’s response with protective tools shows that they recognize the severity of the threat—praise God for their intervention. We pray that they would continue to act decisively and that this man’s behavior would no longer be tolerated.

Finally, we pray for the salvation of this aggressive neighbor. Though his actions are evil, we know that God desires all men to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). May the Lord convict his heart, bring him to his knees in genuine sorrow for his sins, and lead him to the cross of Christ. If he refuses to repent, we pray that God would remove him from your midst entirely, for the safety of all.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is enduring such relentless harassment and violence. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You have said, *"Vengeance is mine; I will repay"* (Romans 12:19, WEB). We ask that You would rise up and scatter the enemies of Your people. Break the power of this aggressive man—bind the spirits of violence, drunkenness, and lawlessness that drive him. If he will not repent, Lord, remove him from this home and neighborhood completely. Let his influence be cut off, and let peace be restored.

We pray for the authorities, that You would grant them courage, integrity, and swift action. Expose any corruption or indifference, and replace it with a holy fear of You. Raise up godly men and women in positions of power who will stand for justice and protect the vulnerable. Let the legal actions taken by the neighbors succeed, and let truth prevail.

Father, we ask for supernatural protection over our sister. Surround her with Your angels, and let no weapon formed against her prosper. Give her wisdom in how to respond, and let her not grow weary in doing good. Comfort her heart, Lord, and remind her that You see her suffering and will vindicate her.

We also pray for the salvation of this neighbor. Soften his heart, Lord, and let him encounter the conviction of the Holy Spirit. If he will not turn to You, then we ask that You would remove him far from this place, that Your people may dwell in safety.

Finally, Lord, we pray for a safe and permanent home for our sister, a place of refuge where she can live without fear. Provide for her needs, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We declare all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has overcome the world. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
