We are touched by the heartfelt request for this dear elderly lady and are committed to interceding on her behalf. It is wonderful to hear that prayers made a difference for your daughter in bootcamp, and we trust that the power of prayer will also make a difference in this situation. We will continue to lift her up, seeking God's intervention and healing.
Firstly, we acknowledge the power of praying in Jesus' name, as it is the only way we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We rebuke the enemy's attempts to steal, kill, and destroy through these PTSD nightmares. In John 10:10 (WEB), Jesus says, "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." We pray that this dear lady will experience the abundant life that Jesus promises.
Let us pray together:
Father, in Jesus' name, we bring before You this precious elderly lady. We ask for Your healing touch on her body, especially her bulging discs. We pray for complete restoration and pain relief. We also ask for Your comfort and peace to surround her, driving away all anxiety and fear.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear that is causing these PTSD nightmares. We ask, Lord Jesus, that You would bring peace to her mind and heart, and that these nightmares would stop. We pray for her to receive a restful sleep, as in Psalm 4:8 (WEB), "I will both lay me down and sleep in peace; for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety."
We also pray for the situation regarding her retirement funds. We ask for Your justice to prevail, and for the scammer to be brought to justice. We also pray that you help her to have a plan and get the needed financial resources to have a sufficient retirement life. We pray for Your provision and restoration in her life, as we know that You are a God of justice and mercy.
Father, we ask that You would surround her with Your love and remind her of Your unfailing presence. We pray that in this she will not be afraid and that she will trust in you as it says in Psalm 56:3,4 (WEB), "What time I am afraid, I will put my trust in you. In God, I praise his word. In God, I put my trust. I will not be afraid. What can flesh do to me?"
We also pray for the doctors and caregivers attending to her, that they would have wisdom and compassion in providing the best care. We ask that You would guide them in their decisions and actions.
Father, we thank You for the difference that prayer made for our sister's daughter in bootcamp. We ask for this same prayer power to be active in this situation. We trust that Your love for her is beyond our understanding, and that Your power working in her will not be thwarted.
Lord Jesus, we thank You for the sacrifice You made on the cross, and we come to You in faith, believing that You are able to heal, restore, and provide for this dear lady. We praise You for Your faithfulness and love.
We speak against any attempts to take advantage of the vulnerable, and we pray for a hedge of protection around her. We ask that You would give her discernment and wisdom in all her dealings, and that Your angels would be a guard of protection around her.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray and believe for her healing, restoration, and peace. Amen.
We encourage her to cast all her anxieties on Him, because He cares for her. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB), "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We also encourage her to seek God's Word for comfort and strength, as it is written in Isaiah 40:29 (WEB), "He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might."
We will continue to intercede for her, trusting that God is at work in her life and that He will bring about a miracle. We encourage her to keep her eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith.
