We hear your cry for justice in the workplace, and we stand with you in seeking God’s righteous intervention. The Bible is clear that workers deserve their wages, for Scripture says, *"The laborer is worthy of his wages"* (1 Timothy 5:18). It is unjust for anyone to withhold what is rightfully earned, and we join you in asking the Lord to bring conviction and correction to this situation.
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You would weigh heavily on the heart of this supervisor. Let Your Holy Spirit bring deep conviction where there is dishonesty, and let truth prevail in this matter. We declare that no scheme of man can stand against Your justice, and we trust that You will make all things right according to Your perfect will. Lord, we ask that You would open doors for this situation to be resolved fairly, whether through repentance, restitution, or divine intervention. Strengthen our sister in faith as she waits on You, and let her see Your faithfulness in providing for her needs.
We also encourage you to seek wise counsel and, if necessary, address this matter with godly authority in a spirit of humility and grace. Proverbs 31:8-9 says, *"Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."* If this injustice continues, you may need to take steps to ensure fairness, always trusting that God goes before you.
Be encouraged, dear one, for the Lord sees your labor and your heart. He is a God of justice, and He will not forsake you. Continue to walk in integrity, and let your trust remain in Him alone. We pray that this situation will be resolved in a way that brings glory to God and honor to His name. In Jesus’ name, we stand on Your promises and declare victory over this trial. Amen.
