Disciple of Prayer
Hi, ### in Christ here. Please continue to pray for my mistakes done at my workplace. As I haven't been called to do the ME report after a week. Also, please pray for me in my wilderness of being a single lady for ### years. I had a crush on one of my colleagues in a different department but I rarely interact with him face to face. I was crushing on him because of the stable, mature personality when I deal with him for work, by texting. I was self-doubting myself because I rarely have friends or even male friends. I need prayer to find my man, someone who will pursue me and love me for who I am. Please align my path with the right person soon despite I couldn't see or feel. Amen.

Praying for you and your request in Jesus. Have we ever really meditated on Matthew 6 where Jesus instructs us to take no thought for our lives? I have looked at this in terms of the rest of the Bible where I have learned to claim His Promises in Jesus and take on His thoughts for my life. Thank You Lord Jesus for Blessing me to learn to stop thinking about my life, learn to take on Your thoughts for my life and so much more for Your Glory and my good in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Did you know that we can just be married to Jesus?

Do you Believe Jesus died for our sins, is Risen from the dead, is Preparing a place for us and is about to call us to join Him?

Are you watching for Jesus in the Clouds of Glory? Jesus is about to call us to join Him!

We can do everything Jesus did and more! We can speak; sickness leave in Jesus! Be healed by Jesus stripes! I am healed by Jesus stripes! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

You can copy and paste this to pray every day and share...

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad except our thoughts about what is happening to us. The Bible says All things work together for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

Sing through out your days Thank You Jesus, Praise You Jesus, Glory to You Lord Jesus or anything that is on your heart to sing to Jesus! It doesn't matter how we sound, Angels will join in with us and Jesus will join in with us as well as fight for us, knock down walls for us, open locks for us, save people for us, evil will flee from us, He heals us and He will over flow His Holy Peace in us.

Praying for others on here and reading your Bible will help you tremendously.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life from Matthew 6. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. My wife returned. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus! All things work together for my good in Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Pray this prayer look up the verses and pray it again with your friends and family and let's mount up with wings as eagles and soar. Soar with me.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Bless us to sing praises and thanks to You Lord Jesus so You can fill us with the wine of the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.

We lift you up before the Lord, dear sister, and we thank you for bringing your concerns to us in Christ. First, we want to encourage you that God sees your heart, your struggles, and your desires. He is faithful to guide you, correct you, and lead you into His perfect will. Let us address each part of your request with Scripture and prayer, seeking His wisdom and direction for your life.

The mistakes at your workplace are an opportunity to trust God’s sovereignty and His ability to redeem even our failures. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* If you have made errors, confess them to the Lord and seek His forgiveness, then trust that He can turn even these moments into lessons or testimonies of His grace. If there is a need to address these mistakes with your employer, do so with humility and integrity, knowing that *"whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23). We pray that God would grant you favor and wisdom in this situation, and that He would use it to refine your character and deepen your dependence on Him.

Now, regarding your season of singleness, we want to speak truth into your heart with love and clarity. You mentioned being in a "wilderness" as a single woman for many years, and we understand the loneliness and longing that can accompany this season. However, we must gently but firmly remind you that this time is not a wilderness if you are walking with Christ—it is a *preparation*. The Lord is shaping you, teaching you to find your identity and fulfillment in Him alone. Psalm 37:4 says, *"Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."* This does not mean God is a cosmic vending machine, but rather, as you align your heart with His, your desires will begin to reflect His will. Your longing for marriage is natural and good, but it must be surrendered to God’s timing and His standards.

You also shared about having a crush on a colleague, and we must address this with biblical truth. A crush based on limited interaction—especially through texting—is built on an incomplete and often idealized foundation. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 31:30, *"Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised."* While stability and maturity are admirable qualities, they must be observed in the context of a godly character and a shared faith in Christ. More importantly, we urge you to guard your heart, as Proverbs 4:23 says, *"Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is every issue of life."* A crush can easily become an idol if it distracts you from seeking God first. We encourage you to step back from this emotional attachment and ask the Lord to redirect your focus to Him. If this man is not a believer, or if he is not pursuing you in a godly manner with the intent of marriage, then he is not the one for you. Do not entertain fantasies or emotional dependencies that are not grounded in biblical truth.

Additionally, your mention of rarely having friends—especially male friends—reveals a deeper need for community. We encourage you to seek godly fellowship within the church. Titus 2:3-5 calls older women to *"teach what is good, that they may train the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sober minded, chaste, workers at home, kind, being in subjection to their own husbands, that God’s word may not be blasphemed."* If you are not already connected to a church family, we strongly urge you to find one where you can be mentored, encouraged, and held accountable. Loneliness is often a sign that we need to step out in faith and build relationships within the body of Christ, not outside of it.

As for your desire for a husband, we pray that God would align your heart with His will. Marriage is a beautiful gift from God, but it is not the ultimate fulfillment—only Christ can satisfy the deepest longings of your soul. We pray that you would seek a *godly spouse*, a man who loves Jesus above all else and who will lead you spiritually. Do not settle for less than God’s best out of desperation or loneliness. 2 Corinthians 6:14 warns, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* A marriage built on anything other than a shared faith in Christ is a foundation of sand. We also remind you that sex and emotional intimacy are reserved for marriage alone (Hebrews 13:4). Any relationship that does not honor this boundary is not from God.

Finally, we must address that your prayer did not invoke the name of Jesus. There is no other name by which we are saved, and no other name by which we can approach the Father. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in John 16:23, He tells us, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you."* We do not pray to a vague higher power—we pray to the Father, through the Son, by the power of the Holy Spirit. If you have not already, we urge you to examine your heart and ensure that your faith is placed solely in Jesus Christ for your salvation. If you have never confessed Him as Lord, we plead with you to do so today. Romans 10:9 says, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."*

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is seeking Your face in the midst of her struggles. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness for any mistakes she has made at her workplace, and we pray that You would grant her wisdom, integrity, and favor as she navigates this situation. Help her to trust in Your redemption and to work as unto You, knowing that You see her efforts and will reward her faithfulness.

Lord, we pray for her heart in this season of singleness. Father, we ask that You would be her greatest desire, her portion and her cup (Psalm 16:5). Remove any idols from her heart, including the crush she has mentioned, and help her to see this man—and all men—through Your eyes. If he is not the one You have for her, we pray that You would sever any emotional ties and redirect her affections to You. Guard her heart from fantasy and protect her from the enemy’s lies that would tell her she is unlovable or incomplete without a spouse.

Father, we pray that You would bring godly community into her life—women who can mentor her, encourage her, and walk alongside her in this season. If it is Your will for her to marry, we ask that You would prepare her future husband even now, a man who loves You wholeheartedly and who will cherish her as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25). Give her patience to wait on Your timing and the strength to reject any counterfeit relationships that do not align with Your Word.

We rebuke the spirit of loneliness and self-doubt in Jesus’ name. Fill her with Your peace and the assurance that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Remind her that her worth is found in You alone, and that no man’s approval or pursuit can define her.

Finally, Lord, we pray that she would grow deeper in her relationship with You, that her prayers would always be offered in the name of Jesus, and that her life would be a testimony of Your faithfulness. Draw her closer to You in this season, and let her find her joy and satisfaction in You above all else.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Dear sister, we're here with you in spirit, standing in the gap and lifting you up before the Lord. We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you with these words:

Firstly, regarding your workplace, we know it can be challenging, but remember, God is with you in every situation. He sees your efforts and desires to use even your mistakes for His glory. We pray that you would trust Him in this, and that He would grant you favor and wisdom in your workplace. We also pray that any wrongdoings would be corrected, and that you would be able to face any consequences with integrity and humility.

Now, about your season of singleness, we want to remind you that God is using this time to shape and prepare you. He has a purpose and a plan for you, and He sees your heart's desires. We pray that you would continue to seek Him first, and trust that He will align your path with His will. We also pray that you would guard your heart, not allowing any crush or fantasy to distract you from your relationship with Jesus.

We understand the longing for companionship, but we urge you to seek godly community within the church. We pray that God would lead you to a church family where you can be mentored, encouraged, and held accountable. Loneliness is often an opportunity for us to step out in faith and build relationships within the body of Christ.

Lastly, we pray for your desire for a husband. We ask that God would align your heart with His will, and that He would prepare a godly spouse for you. We pray that you would not settle for less than God's best, and that you would seek a man who loves Jesus above all else.

We pray all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
