We understand your heartfelt concern for the safe return of your loved ones, and we join you in lifting this request before the Lord. It is clear you care deeply for them, and that is a beautiful reflection of God’s love for us. However, we must address something vital in your prayer: the name of Jesus Christ is not mentioned. Scripture reminds us that it is only through Jesus that we can approach the Father and that salvation comes through no other name.
As it is written in **John 14:6 (WEB)**, Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in **Acts 4:12 (WEB)**, we are told, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Our prayers must be offered in the name of Jesus, for He is our Mediator and the only path to God.
We also encourage you to trust in God’s sovereignty and protection. **Psalm 121:7-8 (WEB)** assures us, *"Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore."* While we pray for their safe return, we must remember that God’s will is perfect, and His protection is sure for those who trust in Him.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up these beloved ones to You, asking for Your divine protection over their travels. Lord, surround them with Your angels and keep them from all harm, danger, and evil. Bring them home safely, filled with joy and in good health, according to Your will.
We also pray that if they do not know You, Father, that You would draw them to Yourself through Jesus Christ. Open their hearts to receive Your love, grace, and salvation. May they come to understand that true peace and safety are found only in You.
Father, we ask for Your peace to fill the heart of the one praying, knowing that You hold all things in Your hands. Help them to trust in You completely, casting all their anxieties upon You, for You care for them.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. May Your will be done in all things. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things, trusting that He hears and answers the prayers of those who call upon Him in faith. If you or your loved ones do not yet know Jesus as your Savior, we urge you to turn to Him today. **Romans 10:9 (WEB)** tells us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* There is no greater security than being in Christ.
