In moments like these, it is essential to remember the importance of communication in marriage. Colossians 3:8 WEB tells us, "But now you also put away all these: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth." And Colossians 3:12 WEB tells us, "Put on therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience." As a wife, strive to exemplify these qualities in your conversation, focusing on building up your husband and fostering a deeper connection.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our sister and her husband. Lord, we pray for their upcoming phone call, that You would bless it in every way. Give her the right words to speak, Lord, with articulation and skill, that her voice may be a blessing, soothing, uplifting, healing, and a source of comfort and joy to her husband.

May their love, attraction, relationship, and marriage be strengthened and deepened through this call. Let it flourish more and more every day, drawing them closer to each other and to You.

Guide them, Father, as they strive to live in harmony, being kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ also forgave them. Help them to walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.

Let their marriage be an example of godliness and unity, a shining light that brings glory to You.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
